Order a double cheeseburger a couple of weeks ago and received a raw and uncooked burger. Went back again to give it another chance and specifically wrote in the notes for the online order to be cooked well done. Once again I was given a soggy red and pink burger. Can these employees read or can they just not comprehend and execute what is being requested. I shouldn’t even have to ask for my burger to be fully cooked.

Amazing burgers, amazing atmosphere. We loved everything about this place. I totally recommend the garlic aolie on the burger. I wish I was in O'Fallon more so I could stop in more. That's my only complaint. There isn't a closer

The food here is just meh (nothing special). We've gone twice to see if it was an isolated experience. It's pretty pricey for just an average burger and the chicken tinders were overcooked. If you're looking to be satisfied, I'd stick with the bigger chain restaurants. The first time we were there the manager greeted us the second time gave us the impression that it was more of a hangout for highschoolers and wasn't being maintained by staff. We ended up cleaning our own table. It's attached to an Oberweis ice cream-- ridiculously priced.

This is how my food came. Sauces opened and fries laying in the ketchup. Not only was the service was terrible, but so was the food. The ranch has no flavor at all. There is no seasoning on any of the food. Im just honestly so disappointed that I spent $30 on food here just to throw it all away after a few bites.
