These cookies don’t have any business being THIS GOOD!! My goodness! ??My husband’s favorite is the Butter Brickle! My new favorite is the Golden Oreo. Ohh my goodnesssss!!These cookies are melt in your mouth yumminess and let’s not even mention when you put them in the microwave for about 10 seconds…whew!! Try this place out!The owner ain’t too bad either! ?

After tasting the most delicious and adorable cookies at a friend's graduation party, I was looking forward to ordering for myself. I honestly thought about these cookies for months, that's how good they were. When the time came to host a baby shower for a dear friend, I knew I wanted The COOKIE Box to be part of the special occasion. I sent Jackie some details about the party and the inspiration for our theme. She provided pricing and pick-up information, we confirmed, and that was it. Super easy. When I picked up the cookies the day before the party, I was beyond impressed at how well she captured our vision in the design of the cookies. Everyone raved about how cute they were, and I lost count of the number of people who asked, "Where did you get these?!?" with the first bite of cookie still in their mouth. Will absolutely recommend The COOKIE Box to friends and will definitely be ordering again for my next special event.Parking: Easy to find. Plenty of parking.

I contacted The Cookie Box last minute after the business I originally had ordered cookies from had to cancel due to illness. Once I reached out she was quick to respond and was able to help me out with under a week's notice! I was able to send her some ideas for the cookies for my sister's baby shower. She was able to take those ideas and treats some adorable cookies. Not only did they look great they tasted amazing. They were a huge hit at the shower.

Stopped into The Cookie Box on a weekday evening. There's a little display up front of the selections. On the other counter was a basket of Christmas iced cookies and some sandwich cookies. This was a couple of days after Christmas. I obviously knew they were not baked post-Christmas but they looked better to me than the front selection. I like an iced cookie better than a chocolate chip or something like that. I selected two iced and cookies and one icing sandwich cookie. I was emailed a receipt that said 3 day old cookies at $2 each. My only point here is I wasn't really told they were day old or discounted. The iced cookies were pretty good and I think if they were fresh they'd be good instead of pretty good. I really liked the cookie sandwich. I mean let's face it...I've never met a cookie sandwich I didn't like! I'd go back in the future just for that. It's a better product than a shopping mall cookie sandwich. I hope they do well as they are in a nondescript strip mall in O'Fallon set back from the street a bit. I'm sure I'll be back!

She ran through the cookies they were offering on 12-28 which all sounded so delicious. We ended up settling on a butter brickle cookie, a sea salt chocolate chip, a chai tea cookie and a snickerdoodle cookie. It was a toss up between butter brickle and chai tea cookie as my favorite as I love toffee but the delicate flavor from the chai tea cookie was just as delicious. I can’t wait to see what else they come up with and dive into more of their flavors.

Nice little place and cookies were tasty but I definitely would suggest working on rates.$3 per cookie is understandable since you have business costs but I would of been glad to spend more with a better enticing rate for buying 3 or more cookies.Example:• buy 3 for $6.99• buy 7 for $13.99• buy 12 for $20.99Or leave them at $3 each & make a punch card for maybe buy 6 get 1 free.At $3 per cookie no matter what, no value. I appreciate Jackie and her staff's organization and professionalism. I had a large order that with multiple different quantities boxed accordingly. They were able to accommodate all of my requests. They went above and beyond giving a variety of cookies and including the logo on the cookie as well. When I arrived to pick them all up, she had them all organized and labeled making my delivery seamless. I appreciate all of the work they did the cookies were great!
