Welll they have good food, BUT, they are NEVER open and by never I mean it's March and they haven't opened since before Christmas, then IF they are open they don't keep regular hours, they are just there when they want to be. The lady that answers the phone and works the counter is not very nice. But, If you do order, the food is delicious, and you can see past these things most of the time.

This restaurant will not let you eat in! WHAT????? Need to update website to state this. After reading the reviews and wanted some spicy crispy beef we thought let’s try Vince’s. Never been and was extremely disappointed when we saw the sign “to go orders only”. Every restaurant is open so either open or close for good.

Walked in, women was screaming at an old lady to go outside and order. We took the menu and went outside to order. We called to order and when we ordered something on the menu, she said no and when we asked for suggestion she said no and said we were taking too long and hung up.

I tried three times to order online. I guess my fatal mistake was asking them to sub chicken for beef on the bibimbap and put the gochuchang on the side. I got a rather angry phone call from a lady with poor English telling me that no subs could be done on the bibimbap and that gochuchang couldn't go on the side. If the dish is made fresh I don't get this. So I told her to cancel my order and I would re-order with an alternate entree, which I did. My order was immediately canceled again. I tried one more time (no special instructions at all) and was canceled for the third time. I even tipped 20% for a pickup. They lost $70 worth of business because of this nonsense, and The Rice Bowl got our order. I really wanted to try some of Vince's dishes. Poor business practices.

Really tasty food! The egg drop is great. General Tsos Chicken was awesome! My kids loved the fried rice. So good!

Called for an order for my family, and the person helping me was pushy and rude. When I said I will call back when I have my order ready, she hung up. Called back with order, and was again rushed and was told. "Just order already we are busy" when I was dumbfounded and at a loss for words, and trying to comprehend how a person could be so rude and downright offensive, I was again hung up on. Needless to say, I will never give them my business again.
We went to have dinner. Yelp said they were open for dining. When we arrived they were not open for dining in. We asked if we could look at the menu and get a take out. We were whooshed out the door and told in a very unfriendly manner to order online. We are seniors and we're offended we could not look at a menu and order. Needless to say we left and found a Chinese restaurant that was dine in and the best Chinese food in this region. Not happy with the reception at Vinces. At this point we do not know if the food is good. We're not going to find out either.

Not sure how this place survived COVID-19. We ordered Mongolian beef, Szechwan chicken, hot braised chicken. The crab ragoon was over cooked, that might explain why there wasn't much inside of them. We ordered pot stickers, that where plain with very little flavor. As for the entrees where mostly fillers & very little meat. Place looked nice, but they're not having dine in yet.

Ordered online, the restaurant called me back and a woman yelled at me over the phone about how my choice of Fried Tofu doesn't come with mixed vegetables for 2$ like their online menu offered. I told her first to remove the vegetables, and she said No. I reminded her I had not yet paid (was to pay cash when I picked up), she still refused. I've never heard any work so hard to ruin a customer experience. Exasterated with her refusal to do anything other than I supposed accept a $5 upcharge for a side of vegetables, I told her to cancel the whole order. I ordered at 8:20 PM, they close at 9, I can only imagine she didn't want to deal with an order "so close to closing time" (40 min). I live 4 min away was picking up myself (no delivery). Never again. Terrible attitude, quite surreal actually.

Far and away the best Asain food around. The lady who runs the place is a whirwhind of energy. She does not mince words...and makes sure everything is perfect. There is a reason they have been around as long as they have. 10/10
