Absolutely zero customer service, you have to wait for the clunky AI to fail at taking your order then they ask “did AI take your order?” There want one sorry about how it failed to do its job and told me to wait till I could order. I said thank you to the human that took my order and got nothing in return. Didn’t get my total until I pulled up to the window.

I love those tender little White Castle burgers with those little, itty-bitty grilled onions that just explode in your mouth like flavor crystals every time you bite into one, and the little pickles add the perfect acidic balance to the savory patty. Salt, fat, acid, heat... all in perfect harmony.

The team at White Castle always make Valentine's Day so memorable. The food, the ease of service, the kindness of the staff...all top notch! Thanks to the staff for making it a wonderful evening.
The staff was wonderful! They looked like they were enjoying the evening as much as we were and the service was great. It was nice to see a staff enjoying their job and taking care of customers!

With staffing issues in all restaurants today, my wife and I enjoyed our visit to White Castle and found that they handled the event well and everyone seemed satisfied with the service they received. We look forward to next year's Valentine's event.

They have new Sloppy Joe's in 3 different flavors. Hot, fast and fresh. Tasty new items. Regular, smokey and spicy. All were a nice treat.
