We ordered 2 pizza and a garden salad, one of the pizza was uncooked the salad was brown old, i complained about the salad and they told me they can send me another one but no guarantees. And they gave me a customer service number when you can only leave a message. 3 days later a (April) called me. I explained and she said rudely DO YOU WANT A REFUND! I said is not about the money is about making sure that the products are double checked before they leave the store. She asked me rudely again for my credit card numbers, and told me to hurry up and hung up on me!!!!!!!!????????????Don't go to this place horrible!!!!!!!!!????????????

Do not do it. Don't waste your time. Do not enter your credit card. What a joke. This store will be out of business soon enough. Ordered with a delivery time of 32 min. Called at an 75 min to get an update. Was told they don't have a driver and it's been sitting there 45 min, I should come pick it up. Asked for the manager and twice someone acted like they were the manager... . Was forced to pay with a card instead of cash for order over $40. Now they have my card and hung up on me twice when I called back and asked if my card was being refunded

Ordered for delivery using the ap. After an hour I called and was told it would be about 3 hours. No update on the ap and the guy was like it was no big deal. I went to the McKelvey location for pickup and it was soo much better. Avoid this location 100%.

20-30 minutes turns to 60-90 minutes. “Sorry, we only have one driver” and then hangs up. Uh, okay?

Placed an order shortly after they canceled stating that the driver had left for the night this location is unprofessional and lazy. If the store is open then you should deliver shouldn’t take orders if not prepared nor willing to deliver.

So disrespect in all my years calling for food . This pizza place needs new staff playing on the phone. Making fun of someone who is disabled. Aug 4 2023 each 6:00 pm each staff members should be fired. I can't believe people with this type of customer service work there. I need each employee who work fired. The foul language out of this world.

I went to this awesome place a few nights ago after work and the worker there, Timothy was GREAT!! He displayed excellent customer service and kept his pace of working and being safe and sanitary at the same time. Timothy, ur the man!!!! Thanks. Pay that man more!! He’s a good one!!!
