We placed a large order for a work lunch and had a wonderful experience. Tia, the associate who took our order over the phone was extremely kind and helpful. She made the process quick and easy. The food was delicious! We will definitely order from this location again. Thank you!
I ordered online got my email with order number and scan code when I went to pick it up they didn't have me in the system even though I ordered 10 days in advance. Both cashiers asked me my name 3 or 4 times. I asked them if they wanted to see the order or scan the QR code no they didn't want to do that but kept asking me my name and asking me when I placed the order. It was like a freak show and very aggravating and unprofessional.
