1 star is generous. I have no evidence that this location is even open as every time I've gone, they are closed. During their so called business hours at that!

Just a disaster of a location, as others have noted. I'm not entirely sure this place is even open anymore considering I've been there a few times in the last couple months in the middle of the day and the door has been locked.

Said the restaurant was open online and when I tried to open the door it was locked. Workers were clearly inside but waved me off. At 3 in the afternoon? Really?

Says you're open online, but was closed. Could see plenty of workers inside, but was ignored. Sat outside for 5 mins and saw various customers approach store with the same disappointment I was met with.

The angry old guy is thr worse. Everyone else seems fair. Most of the time I have a good experience. The angry old guy is rude and has terrible customer service skills. He has improved a little over time.Today 11/1/2023 the old guy delivered our food in a timely manner. He forgot our chips. I'm reasonable and can be understanding. however, it's been over 1.5 hours since he brought our sandwiches.. he has yet to bring our chips. I have called the store multiple times and none of my phone calls have been answered. In the meantime, I have no idea if I will ever get my order delivered to me that was paid for.I understand manpower issues are a thing right now, but this is poor customer service.

This place is horrible, rude staff, very short store hours, and they use old bread. Don’t go here .
How is this place still accepting orders? I ordered food for pick up and went to pick up and it was closed. No notes, no heads up, just closed. Will be expecting a call back (after calling corporate) and expecting a full refund.

This JJs is by far the worst location I have ever visited, in any city or state. Orders are never even close to correct and the sandwiches are just cobbled together terribly. If I can make a suggestion. Maybe don't have the register people always be debilitatingly stoned. They are wildly inaccurate and unhelpful.
