I just waited 35 minutes for my food on a mobile order. They had me sit for almost 20 in the drive through line before asking me to pull around to the front doors to wait another 15 minutes. Then they came to my car 3 times to ask what I had and brought the wrong food to me several times. Several drinks were out and they didn't communicate any of this during the process of ordering.
I've been ordering fresco style tacos for 9 years, the girl taking my order said they don't serve them. I said yes u do I just ordered one on Thursday can u please go all someone else. She wouldn't go ask just rang me up for a taco supreme-cheese (which would still have sour cream) I said that's not right ur charging me double can u please go all someone else she insisted they don't sell them then tried to concocta new way of doing it that was updating me another $.85.
