“I have only one complaint. The line is usually way to long for me to be able to get coffee. This makes me very sad because their coffee is PHENOMENAL The service is always fantastic. This is by far one of my top coffee shops in the country.“
“Lots of various items for sale, including bibles and Christian books and study materials, coffee products and gifts, plus the owner's superlative artworks for sale. Also customer painting classes. Paint a masterpiece while sipping wonderful coffees from around the world.Kid-friendliness: Children were welcome in restaurant and age appropriate painting classesWheelchair accessibility: 2 disability parking spaces within half a block and sidewalk access.“
“The owner and I met early on a Saturday morning in a fun twist of fate when I inadvertently set off their alarm in a search for espresso shots in a White Irish. He was absolutely phenomenal and courteous. My favorite coffee shop in Joplin, hands down.“
“The owners are super nice and they have the best drinks in town! I have ordered my Chai Latte from Starbucks and it does not even compare. My husband gets a Breve and prefers Craves over any of the other places in town and it’s locally owned and run☺️Dietary restrictions: They have almond and oat milk as well for dairy intolerance.“
“"Cup O' Joe is a true gem among drive-thru coffee shops, and it's not just their coffee that stands out. As a connoisseur of biscuits and gravy, constantly exploring the four states for the best of the best, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Cup O' Joe. The biscuits were perfectly flaky and buttery, while the gravy was rich, creamy, and seasoned to perfection. It's a rarity to find such a delightful breakfast treat at a coffee shop, but Cup O' Joe has nailed it. Their biscuits and gravy were impressively good, surpassing many traditional breakfast spots. I highly recommend stopping by for a morning treat; you won't be disappointed. Cup O' Joe is now a must-visit destination for me on my ongoing quest for the best biscuits and gravy!"“
“Something about this place keeps drawing me back! I really like their coffee and I tend to stop here more often than other coffee shops in the Webb/Joplin area. Anything iced is my favorite and I have never been disappointed with my purchases. It’s clean inside and a friendly atmosphere. Also, love the llama portraits on the walls. I will continue to come here!“
“I’m writing this review in lieu of the current news. I rated Zinc for 5 starts bc of the wonderful, hardworking people who made this place what it was. Zinc brought a lot to Joplin. It was great to see a place like this bring so much of the community together which is hard to do in Joplin. This was the place that helped me launch my business. I am disappointed to learn that Zinc is closing. I’m also disappointed at the approach the owners took to disclose such information. Not only are they taking away a grand spot where many memories have been made, the way they approached it was not tactful at all. I understand priorities change, however the individuals who ran Zinc day to day deserve better. I’m writing this here bc comments on their Facebook post were deleted or limited. I’d hope accountability is taken and apologies are made mainly to staff. To only give the wonderful faces who made Zinc, Zinc an hour’s notice and less than a month is unprofessional and disheartening.“
“Went in right before closing. They were super nice and made my drink cheerfully. There were several people drinking coffee who had brought their computers in to work, the atmosphere was great. I tried a Golden Latte and it was divine! I had been feeling like I was starting to catch a cold and the warmth of the drink with the spices really helped.“
“Love this place!!!!!! BUT you cannot modify anything...my kids wanted one of there breakfast sandwiches she wanted the mild sausage not spicy...she is 3 and it's NOT allowed....she doesn't like maple says it's yucky even at home. Can't add extra icing to a cinnamon roll. NOT really kid friendly when it comes to the menu since you can't modify.Vegetarian options: Oatmilk....“
“Met my Son's wedding photographer here. I didn't have any refreshments as i had just came from lunch at home, although the photographer did and said it was wonderful coffee. Other patrons of the place looked very satisfied and I notice employees were friendly and fast with orders. We will definitely be back in to check out the drinks etc when we have more time.“
“We have never had a bad experience here! The staff is always so nice and chipper and you can tell they are just the right people for the job! We don't buy our coffee often as we normally make it at home, but the atmosphere and speed really made our purchase even better !!You guys are appreciated for all you do! Thank you for making our day with such big smiles and well wishes ?“
“Omg star-what??? 7 brew wow didn't realize that coffee came in my sizes and for half the cost and took the flavors to an untouchable level and the variety omg forget about itDietary restrictions: The best low fat low carb friendly coffee drink I have ever triedKid-friendliness: My daughter loves the decaf drinks“
“We attended a birthday party at Caroline’s and the employee working was the only person working because the other employee called in. He did a remarkable job maintaining the chaos and keeping up with orders! The place is adorable and their coffee is delicious. My kids also loved their ice cream!“
“Had to try out this new boba spot. We ordered a matcha milk tea with traditional boba, strawberry smoothie, & a strawberry coconut boba. If you love strawberry milk that’s exactly what it taste like. My matcha lacked on the flavor but, I do like me some matcha flavor! We also got 3 doughnuts. Fruity pebble icing which we kept room temp and heated up the matcha looking one, and the strawberry vanilla icing one. The donuts were perfection on the inside, If you like it a little tough doughy.“
“We are not from the area and my wife accidentally ordered drinks at the wrong Starbucks on her phone. Would have never thought that there was two on the same road just a few miles apart. Anyways, after sitting in the lobby of the wrong one for a while, we realized what happened and drove down to the other one. The girl inside was super polite and I’m assuming she knew what happened because as soon as we pulled up, she reheated our drinks and had them ready.“
“First time going here in a couple years. My iced latte tasted great, maybe a tab bit more syrup than I personally prefer but the flavor was good (cinnamon roll). It was creamy and didn't taste watered down like some other places. The price was comparable to the major coffee chains ($6-7 per drink) and yet the quality didn't fall behind at all, if anything it was probably slightly better than most“
