Smelled like piss in room, dirty, sliding door lock did not work. Electrical outlets loose, not sure they worked would not charge phone, pulled out of socket when i unplugged. Everything looks worn out. Funny thing they have signs saying excuse our dust. Paint drips everywhere, sink was dirty.

The boat itself was great. Got us around the lake, etc. We opted to have a driver for the day since none of us our experienced enough to handle a large lake on a busy weekend. With that being said, Captain Dan was assigned to our group.It is obvious that captain Dan enjoys his job, so that makes for an enjoyable day on the lake. I would, however, say that he is better suited for bachelor parties or groups of men due to some incredibly misogynistic comments made throughout the day.Overall, we had a good experience with who we rented from, the ease of reserving, communication, and condition of the boat. We would choose a different captain in the future.

Amazing place! We had another company cancel on us last second and LOTO were quick to step up and get us on the water. And it was even on Labor Day weekend!! We cannot express how great they are and they come highly recommend! Thank you LOTO!

After checking in at roughly 2pm and then visiting the area, we returned to our room having been completely cleared. All of our luggage, medications and personal items removed with no contact. An error occurred at the front desk and we were thrown to the wayside without any notification. The desk on several requests to offset the error for the extreme distress our family was presented with and no compensation of any kind was offered. They messed up we suffered the pain and they just didn’t care. Please be careful staying here, we registered properly and where just thrown to the wayside.

Rented a boat this last weekend for my bachelorette party with a few of my friends, my aunt, my mother and mother in law! We had a great time, boat was clean and got to visit all the places we wanted to go! Booking was easy and simple! Our driver arrived with great communication upon picking us up! We were a little caught off guard that our captain Mr. Randy did not have a spectacular attitude most of the time, which was a little sad but we didn’t let it ruin our day as we figured at first he may have just been having a rough day and we’ve all worked in the service industry to know that that just happens from time to time. But he sort of acted like we were a burden most of the day. Was smoking weed most of the trip, which nobody completely minded but was just a little alarming as he was driving. He also took us to swim in a cove with no one else around that just so happened to be in front of his home so that he could stop and grab his phone charger. When he did finally drop us off at the end of the day he pretty much rushed us off (we were mostly making sure that we had gotten all of our belongings and trash) before he drove off without a word. It was disappointing but otherwise a great day. We had stopped and hooked up to a few other boats where we met their captain, captain Dan who works for LOTO as well and he seemed so nice and fun and we will definitely try to reserve him as a captain next time!

We rented a boat this past weekend for my bachelorette party. Everything about the process was so easy. From booking to pickup, the process was smooth. Randy, our driver, was SO great! He kept in communication at all times and went above and beyond anything we could have asked. He helped us with our route so we could make the most of our 8 hour day. He took us to coves to swim in and several bars. He was also very knowledgeable about the lake. He always offered to take our group pictures when needed! Our lake day was perfect and we will definitely book again in the future. 5 stars for sure!

We were scrambling to find a boat rental and LOTO saved the day! The rental itself was easy and they were very straightforward with the process and what to expect as well as extremely friendly on the phone. We opted to have a driver since none of us wanted to drive the boat and we had the pleasure of getting Captain Randy. Randy was absolutely fantastic and made the whole experience enjoyable. We had kids that wanted to do tubing and he was very considerate of the kids comfort level on how fast etc to go. Randy was also extremely safe and was watching where we were going and kept consistently looking back when we were tubing. Randy was also very knowledgeable about the area and after tubing we went to a swimming spot and hung out there before going to the gas station on the water and then heading back to LOTO boat docks. We will definitely be going back to LOTO next time we are in Lake of the Ozarks!

Was pleased with our experience. We found them on accident, we had been wanting to rent a pontoon but all were booked online. He got us in a beautiful clean boat the very next morning! We had an amazing time and the lake was even more gorgeous via boat!!! Was happy to see the teens working the docks.....so refreshing to see teens learning the ropes! Highly recommend! Thanks for talking care of our family!

Did a 6 hour rental yesterday. To start, this place is tucked way back in a cove out of sight probably for good reason. This place is low budget! Their "office" was a tiny trailer with cinder blocks for stairs, it smelt like 3 years of stale cigarettes. The first thing my wife said was " where did you find this place". We went down to the boats and found several pontoon boats that looked terrible. They were rough, dented and dirty. Many had torn seats, the paint was dirty and faded and the canopy roofs were tattered. We lucked out and got one of the newer boats that while it was still dented, and dirty it was in better shape than the others. Ours was being pulled in by one of the workers who ran into the dock pretty hard and acted like it was no big deal. The floor in our boat was dirty with what looked like old muddy foot prints everywhere. The staff at the boats or should I say 14-16 year old kids had no clue about the operation of the boats. He tried to show us the controls and I quote "there's the horn switch if it works". When we pulled out we realized they hadn't put the floating pad on the boat, we pulled back in and another kid brought one over. Instead of loading it on the boat he attempted to throw it in over my wife who was sitting near the front and it almost landed in her lap. All in all the boating time was fine, it got us around the lake with no problems. We rented the bigger boat with the idea it would have plenty of power but it was pretty gutless. The boat was a really basic model, most of the boats we've rented before at other places have been really nice models. These are pretty plain. For the price I would have expected better. I would have definitely rented elsewhere had I been able to see this place first.
