They do a really good job at this Wendy’s employees are always super nice and willing to accommodate any little request. You have like extra ketchup, extra napkins, etc. very friendly workers. Thank you Wendy’s.
I tried to use my points and the system took them without giving me the reward. I know but this is the 3rd time it has happened and qhwn you try to use the app to submit to complain, the site will not allow it. Not a happy

Pretty typical for a Wendy's. Busy at lunch and dinner times. Service seems to be improving since last year when they were struggling to find help. The parking lot was clean, the restroom was clean, and the lobby and dining area were acceptable. Frosties .....yum!
