Elegant without the dress code, beautiful ambiance on the waterfront - drive on or boat parking. Excellent and broad menu, everything from appetizers, to entrees and desserts is outstanding. Little hidden gem tucked away at Margaritaville Lake Resort. Whether it's for business or a nice dinner for two - it's just perfect.

Service was amazing. We made reservations for Labor Day weekend and I was worried after reading some reviews that the service would be bad but our service was really good. 4 stars because the food was just OK. We got a shrimp cocktail, two salads and split the ribeye meal.

I want to say that the staff was lovely. No complaints there. But the food and drinks were horrible, especially for the price point

We had 2 very dinners here while we were staying at Margaritaville Resort. Would suggest reservations as was busy both nights we were there. We found while we were told they were short servers we did receive outstanding service. They do h offer outdoor seating but temp was close to 100 while we were there. Saturday evening we had their dirty martinis and they were good. We had two very nice crab cakes served with lettuce and corn for an appetizer. Enjoyable. My wife had the grilled salmon with rice and vegetables. She said was very good. I had the rib-eye fixed medium rare and was served with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled onions and peppers. Looked and tasted hood. For desert we had the banana Foster cheesecake. Large bowel with nice slice of cheesecake in middle and the bananas Foster served over it It was warmed and I commented that shame not lit at the table rather than heated in kitchen. It did taste good. Sunday evening we chose to eat much liter fare. We both had manhattans that were good. We both had the Apple, goat cheese, pecan salads. These were nice size and tasty. Because we liked the crab cakes from night before we split the crab cakes again. For desert we what might have been a multilayer chocolate cake ice cream sandwich made with vanilla ice cream and layered with peanut butter with chocolate sauce There were candies that looked like rocks but tasted great. They had a diverse dinner menu and saw lots of people enjoying their food

Maybe the place was oversold as being “upscale”, as it is definitely more upscale than Landshark, but not on the level of other upscale places at the lake. The service was upscale, but the menu is limited and the facility is a relic of the 60's. View is great once you find parking and make your way to the location. Not for the infirm, if that is a consideration. Also be comfortable with “resort” wear and don't worry about dressing up. The roses for the ladies is a nice touch. For guests of the resort, I am sure it is a great option.

Cooks do not know how to cook a steak. My medium rare order came out well done. Returned and came out medium done a second time when the rest of my part was finished eating. The waitress was trying but only started a week ago. The manager never bothered to come out. Nice lake view, but a lot of flies. Would not recommend especially for the high price. Very disappointed.

The food was absolutely delicious! We had the crab cakes, and ahi tuna appetizers. The crab cakes were perfect and the tuna was melt in your mouth delicious! We had the filet and the chicken for our meals. Again, both meals were outstanding. The steak was cooked perfectly. The bananas foster cheese cake was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Our server was polite, friendly and attentive. The restaurant could use some updating, but the view of the lake was wonderful, and what it's really all about. I would definitely recommend and will go back the next time we are in the area!

We were seated promptly. Our waitress Sydney was EXCELLENT! My husband loved his roasted chicken. My son liked his fries but not his chicken strips. I ordered a well steak (12oz ribeye) Not only was it pink in areas, it was tough too. VERY EXPENSIVE. For the 2 adults and 1 child, the bill was $135. Although we wanted to have a nice intimate dinner, it missed the mark for me. If you aren't looking to spend a lot of money, stick with Landshark. It has lots of variety. The service was good and our food was pretty good.

We had a late meal after a long drive. The servers were friendly and attentive. Martini was chilled and tasty. It was late so we decided to share the scallops. The flavors were awesome and we should have ordered separately. The crab cakes were perfect with the just the right amount of crab pieces. Salads were fresh and tasty. (Windrose salad) we ended with the Bananas Foster cheesecake which was decadent. We will definitely be back since we bought a home here.

We chose this restaurant to host our 50th Anniversary with family and friends. We were able to make use of the deck just off the dining room for a champagne toast before dinner. The food was deliciious, the servers were friendly and the service overall was awesome. The restaurant cut the cake that we brought and served it. Kudos to Valerie Walsh who was in charge of the event.
The food was so good! The service was great and the view of the lake was really nice. All of the ladies are given roses at the end to top of an amazing meal!

Everything about our experience was wonderful except the noise. It was nearly impossible to have conversation over dinner as the restaurant was crowded A large party was celebrating a birthday and their table, in particular, was extremely loud. The food was delicious, the server was very attentive, and the portions were generous. We had crab cakes as an appetizer and Caesar salads which were huge and discounted with our entrees. My husband had the roasted chicken and I had the filet. An added treat was the salted caramel but that came with the dinner rolls.

The food was excellent! I had the Rib Eye and the kids had the Filet while the wife had the scallops. Everyone loved their food. The service was top notch and so was the Atmosphere. We would recommend making reservations and trying this place out.

Our overall experience was great. There were 6 of us and we given a table right on time with our reservation. Service throughout could not have been any better. Appetizers, salads and entrees were all made perfect and tasted great. Deserts too. We spent right at an hour from the time we arrived. We boated to the restaurant and docked within 50feet . We will return.
