Went through the drive-thru and had a wonderful young lady named Christian who took my order very friendly very attentive. Pull to the next window to also be greeted by another wonderful face and a wonderful smile keep up the great work team it's nice to have a positive drive-thru

We decided to order inside the restaurant because we thought it would be easier and that the order would be accurate, but it didn't make a difference. We waited patiently, almost 10 minutes, for someone to finally take our order. The orange Fanta and Sprite were out but was replaced when we asked. When we finally got our food, we were missing a Jr. Whopper and ALL of the burgers were cold. The only thing that was hot were the fries. I wanted to ask them to just pop them in the microwave, but at that point, we were just ready to go. It was very disappointing to wait that long and receive cold burgers. The staff was decent but overall, we were there for the food and that was very unsatisfactory. This is why I stay away from fast food. It's not fast and it's almost never hot.

Everybody's so nice at this BK. I only go to this location. 5 years now. Best service, best food. My Whopper may look ugly but from a self proclaimed foodie.......trust me, it was delicious!

I just wanna add the level of customer service presented by this young man named Hassani I believe. I appreciate the communication and friendly service I experienced last night. Everyone working really had a great attitude and I really appreciate that because I am huge on customer service. Food was made fresh and he made sure I had everything I needed he even helped me to the car because I had so much food.
