The guy that took my order seemed to me as having an attitude problem because whenever I asked him a question pertaining to a coupon that I had, he would get frustrated like I wasn't supposed to ask a question or something.

1pm 12/16/21 Light skin girl with terrible energy. Idk maybe she was smiling under her mask, I didn't ask...Instead of asking what I wanted to order she stared at me until I said something and was clearly bothered that I was at Subway ordering a sandwich during business hours. I probably would have ordered more toppings but all of her containers were empty. Didn't want to inconvenience her with having to refill them. Decent sandwich and poor customer service per usual. I'll be back to inconvenience her or someone else soon

I've been coming here for years,BUT (I SENT MY HUSBAND IN THERE TONIGHT), OUR SANDWICHES WERE HORRIBLE , FIRST OFF MY BREAD IS CHEWY, THEY HAD NO LETTUCE , I ASKED FOR PICKLES (TOO SUBSTITUTE FOR NOT HAVING LETTUCE)THERE WAS ONLY (2)PICKLES ON MY SANDWICH, MY MEAT WAS BURNT ON THE EGDES..THEY MUST'VE PUT A HALF A SLICE OF CHEESE ON OUR SANDWICHES(COULDN'T FIND THE CHEESE ON MY SANDWICH).,AND THEY'RE NOT HONORING SUBWAYS PROMOTION BUY ONE FOOT LONG GET THE OTHER FREE!!!!!!! I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE TONIGHT!!!IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD HAVE!!?

I made an online order of 2 foot-longs and they accidentally made 2 6". We went back to the store and NICELY told them what the problem was. I got a very rude attitude from the lady making the sandwiches and told me that she made 2 foot longs and she was not re making my order nor taking it back. I opened the bag and showed her that the sandwiches had not been open and were still sealed as they iniatially were. She catched a bigger attitude and told me to remove my bag since she was not taking them back. Never in the conversation did I give her a rude comment, didn't ask for a refound, nor asked for an additional free item. The other lady told her to make my other halfs, and she rudely did and left the other lady who was at the cashier by herself, she finished it up and apologized which I really appreciate and feel bad for, for having such a difficult co-worker. Surprises me coming from this specific subway, they've always had nice and respectful workers.

The two ladies that were there were sweet and kind, very helpful, asked a whole bunch of questions about what I wanted on my sandwich.it was real customer service not the fake stuff that's out there most the time and I will go back.

The skinny child with the tattoos was so rude I just walked out and left him with sandwiches on the counter… I tried to smooth things over with him but he was just in a nasty funk…. My co-workers warned me not to go there but how could 75 people, all be wrong? They were all so right!!! I won’t be back; EVER!!! The count is now 76 that won’t be back to bother him about making sandwiches…

Customer Service was EXCELLENT. I LOVE GOING HERE, because I don't get any attitude and I get my sandwich the way I want it. THIS IS MY FAVORITE SUBWAY....??????
