Went to taco bell late and got told they were closed when they weren't closed the app and online both said open til one am the guy that finally talked to us through the drive thru after we sat there talking and waiting for awhile told us they were closed and closed at ten pm on a Wednesday night

whatever dude worked the window sunday november 5th around 10-11 deserves and raise bc how nice he was & as well as the cooks bc the food was outstanding, which never happens with fast food. i’ve gotten food here the past couple nights i can say give the night shifts a pay raise honestly best taco bell i’ve had.❤️
Lady today was rude. I ordered extra steak and cheese all I got was usual serving but paid much more for it.

Im going to start by if i can give them a zero star rating i would, Everytime I place an order through drive through they seem to get the order wrong, the food is missing sour creme or toppings ect..., I ask for sauce they don't give it to you, this time I ordered a nacho bell grande and there was no meat on it! I've wanted to call and complain but the number they have online does not work so here I am writing a review..I've been to this taco bell 3 or 4 times and everytime it has been a disappointment don't waste your time or money here.
It seems every time my family goes there is either an item missing or they didn't read the order correctly i.e. no sour cream on so-and-so burrito. Other than that the food comes out hot, and tastes good. Store is usually kept pretty clean.
