It's Thursday afternoon during the noon rush, there were about six cars lined up in the drive-thru. I went inside thinking I would get through the line more quickly, I was in and out the door in under 5 minutes and the entire line of cars was cleared in that same time frameThis crew was killing it, It was quite fun to watch how smoothly everything was running during my brief wait.As someone who appreciates a good running machine, i think this Arby's has it going on today. Ordered a half pound sandwhich meal curly fries and a regular sandwhich off of grubhub from this store. Food arrived cold, I got crinkle cut fries instead of the ones I ordered and they sent a large beef and cheddar instead of the half pound roast beef. These people want more than minimum wage but cant get an order out the door correctly.

The lady at the window who helped us with our food and drinks was very nice! But the food was AWFUL my kids wouldn’t even eat the fries I tried them and they tasted like they were cooked in oil that had already been used and sat out. Tasted old, burnt, and spoiled I thought I was going to get sick. Mac and cheese bites were fresh and I didn’t get to try them my kids ate all of them so I’m assuming they were fine. Not sure we will go back just wasted money and my kids are still hungry so will have to stop again somewhere else

The frys were nice and hot but I was very disappointed in the beef n cheaper I got. It was Luke warm in some spots and cold in other spots I couldn't even finish the sandwich but everything else was

Ordered the 4 for ten, two and cheese sticks. Got my order and went home. Opened bag. Got everything except the wrong sandwich being handed out.Now I don't go getting takeout on a day to day basis but I'm not spending that much money on a order that wasn't double checked before it was handed out. This is the second time I ended up with a half filled order. Any other time it was the wrong sandwich. This store needs to get a refresher course in making sure the orders are filled and correct before they hand them out.

The guy on the headset literally sighed as if he didn’t even wanna take my order when I pulled up. I asked for a Greek gyro and got a turkey one, it was cold and hardly edible. The crinkle cut fries were hard and cold, wasted my money here. The manager at the window was blunt and rude as well.
So this was the best Arby's visit I've had in a long time. (lots of different Arby's) but this was clean and the food hot and fresh! Very few people and good service. Right off if 65 highway. Love the choice of diet
