I absolutely love coming here to eat! I just ate there last night and my server Hope was by far the best there ever was. From greeting me almost immediately to greatly timed check ins and fast with the check there isn’t a thing I wouldn’t change! She was so nice and never seemed once bothered by me being there! With this experience added to my last server Mya being exactly the same I don’t think I’ll ever dine at a different big whiskeys! Whoever is in charge of these women’s pay needs to give them a raise! 10 out of 5 stars!

Our server was excellent. I had their reuben eggrolls before and they were great so I went ahead and ordered the reuben sandwich. C- The sandwich was a disappointment. The corned beef was dry and stringy, the bread was dry and had not been grilled as a reuben should be, and they must have been running low on swiss because it was hardly noticeable. I gave it a C- cause the sauerkraut was fresh, crisp and had good flavor. So if you're hungry for a reuben forgo the sandwich and get the eggrolls.

We had driven up to Springfield to visit with some business associates. We were going to have lunch and go shoot skeet before we had to head back.Because Big Whiskeys took over two hours, we had to cancel our afternoon plans. We didn't even get our drinks for nearly 45 minutes. We were a party of 8. So essentially, we drove 2.5 hours to have a horrible lunch experience.

Food was delicious. I ordered the bacon and blue cheese wedge salad and asked for added chicken, Somehow the chicken was missed but the salad was filling enough without it, so I never mentioned it. The waitress brought our appetizer and within 2 minutes brought our entrees. Also the drink I had was a vodka drink and tasted like it had whiskey in it. Didn't drink it and she never even bothered to ask how the drink or food was. We did enjoy our food though. Would have been twice as enjoyable if the service matched the food and atmosphere.

I like this place. Yes, it's a chain. The one closer to my house is a little better for service but the standards here were high, and the staff was friendly, positive attitude, attentive... But we had to remind them of a few things... Small things.We had the shrimp pasta dish... Spicy... Yummy! Some appetizers, all Delicious! Pork chops with mashed potatoes and broccoli... Pork chops were scrumptious, the rest better than average. There was another main dish but I forget what it was, probably beef. And I forgot to take pictures.Very good American food and well worth the trip.

Took my daughter here before the Father Daughter Dance in Ozark.Good atmosphere.Waitress was very good at her job and friendly.Food was better than any other time that I've been to any BW.Philly was on point. Au jus worked well with fries as well

Worst experience I've ever had. Took over an hour from the time of order to get food. We were here for an hour and a half. Empty drinks most of the time. 30 minutes after the original order, the wait staff came out and told me they were out of my order. All I had was plain salmon with broccoli. I'm typing this because my check seems to have disappeared as well. Never coming back again. Seems like a common experience.
