A couple weeks ago I messed up the address in my order and didnt realize until the order didnt show and the driver called. The store handled everything above and beyond. Today, I tried to order different food thru GH and it ended up being delayed 26 mins past eta, so I cancelled and ordered pizza thru the app. Dominos still arrived before my eta from GH! Always a joy using this location. Thank you D crew South St!

In the short time I lived in this area, every single order I have placed at this domino's has been incorrect. Every single time, sometimes even remakes were incorrect. Every order was incorrect and we never received anything for it. Once, maybe twice I can be ok with, but every single time I start to want compensation for the trouble considering I'm paying for something I'm not getting until it's demandedEdit: upon calling to express our disappointment, we were told by a manager that our pizzas being made incorrectly was our fault because we should have ordered a normal pizza. Please note one of the mistakes involved a dietary restrictionDietary restrictions: My order had removed sauce for dietary needs, more than once I received it with sauce on it

We went to Domino's after school yesterday as my grandsons were very hungry and wanted pizza. Domino's is their favorite place for pizza. I ordered their pizza and decided to buy one for the rest of the family. There was no coupons or deals that I could use because I ordered IN the store....really? If I would have walked outside and used my phone to place the order it would have been way cheaper! I ended up paying $30 for 2 pizzas which is alot of money for pizza. We have always gone to Dominoes and got even 3 pizzas for $18. I was appalled and don't plan on going back with Pizza Hut, Papa Murphy's and Papa Johns close by. I really felt taken advantage of. The sales lady was very nice and polite. They also gave me parmesian cheese packets. The problem lies solely with Corporate Dominoes greediness and whatever rocket scientist decided on their "rules".
