This store is dirty and poorly ran. Never fails when we go here tables are dirty,floors dirty, and all employees standing around and they are not even busy ? to top it off their prices are the same as going to a sit down restaurant . Tender meal 15.00 no thanks.

The KFC in Ozark has really gone downhill.First of all, the fact that they haven't reopened the doors so we can dine in is beyond crazy. Secondly, we use to be able to order the family meal and count on a good dinner when we got home. Now they give you chicken that probably is from the day before or at least has been sitting there all day. Dry and no flavor (you can tell, it's not fresh). Even the mashed potatoes taste different.And whoever the girl was, that was working last night, Couldn't get rid of us fast enough.Like she was so busy, Not!It was around seven fifteen and not one car in sight except us.That was our last KFC Dinner from ozark missouri.So Disappointing!

Travis is the best!! There were several problems with this restaurant (unable to eat in due to “short staffed”, sodas flat, floors very sticky, workers dropping the f bomb, pretty sure drug deals going down by workers just outside the door, etc), but Travis was very knowledgeable about the menu and remained calm and respectful through it all. He was working hard to get the floors cleaned when we were leaving as well! Travis, keep up the professionalism! You are going to be running your own restaurant soon!Kid-friendliness: The workers dropping the f bomb made it not so kid friendly.

Shrimp was cooked in the nastiest cooking oil ever, probably days old! I’m 73 and by far the worst shrimp ever, and the fish was cooked in about the same nasty days old grease!! My wife literally threw it away after we took home to eat !And no shrimp sauce !!! What restaurant in the U. S. sells you cooked shrimp without having shrimp sauce !!Please just close your doors and do our small community a favor by not selling your subpar, nasty greasy shrimp and fish ! Hopefully whoever manages this joint will read this, but if he hasn’t noticed his stinky, greasy cooking oil by now, it won’t matter !!Just close the doors, Popeyes is right around the corner, chicken seems to be cooked in fresher oil at least

I spent almost $28 for a 6 piece meal. 3 pieces of my chicken were so small that you could not even take a bite out of it. The other 3 pieces also we got 2 bites out of. The chicken leg was smaller than my index finger and I had 2 of them and the wing was even smaller. Was overcooked burnt everything else was cold literally unedible food. I called talk to the manager and they said this is what they're sending us so this is what we're selling. I literally have to go somewhere else and get more food. The French fries we're hard as a rock unedible.
Don't recommend eating there at all the hush puppies were hard as a rock fries were cold. I will not be eating there ever

Didn't have KFC had long john silvers. Food was horrible. Extremely greasy and not the fresh grease old nasty grease and they were out of many of their condiments so hiding the taste was difficult. Will never go
