Ordered for pick up. When I got there they had no idea what I had ordered. Had to tell them 3 times and 15 minutes later I finally got my food after I already waited at home for 45 minutes.( the food should have been ready when I got there) Then I get home and either they gave me thin crust on my pizza or their "thick" crust is not very good. The pizza was hard as a rock. Will probably never order there again.

“Large” pizza was small and was cold and tasted like it had been sitting awhile before being served although I was there within 10 mins of my 15 min quote and my drive home was less than 10 mins. I’ve ordered from Rocco’s many times but will not be back.

Pizza is very good and the lunch special (personal pizza, salad, and drink) is very fairly priced.

Not worth the money, placed a pick up order didn’t receive our salads, the ravioli is covered in a seemingly canned, unseasoned, tasteless red sauce & literally nothing else(no cheese, parsley, anything) the calamari was grey & tasted old. The best part was the bread. There are multiple other places in Ozark with much better food & pricing! A disappointment all around.

It's fine, but I don't know that I would go back. The pizza and cheese bread is okay. Not amazing, but not bad.I would say a 3 out of 5 is pretty fair on the food. Service was about the same where it was not offensive, but took a while to get refills etc

Walk in and the floor is full of water. The dining room is flooding. They are also completely under staffed it takes an ungodly amount of time to get your food.

I have been to several Rocco's and this is not one of the good ones. The front door didn't close all the way, so it was cold. Service was ok but not fast. My wife had a side salad with garlic cheese bread. It was OK but $4.50 for half a hoagie bun with garlic butter and cheese is pretty expensive. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and was very disappointed. The pasta was OK but it was just pizza sauce. The meatballs were some of the worst ever. I am 95% sure they were microwaved, and to top that they're were overcooked to where one part was dark brown and hard to eat the other part was a bit rubbery. Then they were cut in half. That is not a meatb, ll and that made them even worse. Worst meatballs I have had. It came with a garlic bread just like the $4.50 serving my wife had minus the cheese. The garlic bread was the best part of the meal.

The lasagna was really good. There was a lot of sauce, which I like, but I think there might have been a little TOO much sauce.

Stopped by on the way to Branson to get some Italian food from a new place and ordered one of the homemade lasagnas, a small pizza ,and the cheesesteak sandwich. When it came out , I tried the lasagna and the sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee Ravioli sauce. Way too sweet and disgusting. The pizza was just okay. The cheesesteak was average & not much flavor. When I told the waitress that the lasagna was disgusting, she took it back and never offered to give me anything else or even apologized. She charged me full price for it , which I feel is unacceptable. At least offer an alternative.I called the next day in spoke to the manager and he said that I should have asked for him and I told him that we had just driven from Memphis and just wanted to get home after eating. He did nothing as far as offering anything to entice me back into the restaurant and when I ask him if that was it , he just said he would have a talk with the waitress.I told him I could see that he probably got his customer service training from the same place that the waitress did and he told me that he "didn't need to take that verbal abuse." Lol.Manager??? What a joke.
