Very good for fast food. They always seem to use fresh oil in their fryers and I've never gotten stale iced tea. All of their specialty drinks and desserts are always tasty and made well. This Sonic location also seems to have excellent carhops and service. They always get my order right, too.

First time at this location and went through the drive-thru. Nobody answered. Had to pull up to the window to order. No sign regarding speaker is out. Multiple ppl in line left because they couldn't order through drive thru speaker

Store manager is a joke. Former employee (good standing) treated me terribly when I came back. I had my 2nd baby trying to come back working part time like they needed. She ghosted me, ate a cheese burger while all the other employees worked there *sses off. She’s gross. Hopefully she’s gets fired.

I've purchased my breakfast bacon burrito 4 times now from the Ozark location and I dont get to eat it till I'm back on the hwy as I'm passing through.Each time I get one whether I start eating while driving or 40 munster later after my drive home it end up being g so salty that I can't bare to eat it. It's been really disappointing. I buy it from other locations like Hollister, Springfield and Harrison and I don't ever have that issue...I do t know who the cook is but he or she needs to really lighten up on the salt...it's a killer ? it's as if the entire salt shaker fail in it...I prefer to buy at the Jackson Street location rather then Springfield since it's closer to home but I might just have to stop and don't get me going on my no flavor drink...please lay off the salt I'd thrasher have pepper for flavori g ombut once your food is salty there's no going back!! Otherwise a great location with great staff..

I have been here several times and I'm never given the proper order, the food is always cold and wrong. It honestly is the worst sonic I have been to in a while which doesn't say much as far as sonic goes. They need to hire better employees who pay attention to their job. No one really cares about their job and it's very obvious. Ordered mozzarella sticks last time I visited got home and they put old cold hard fries in the package and when I got to my house that's what I find instead of my order. Today I order a burrito and waited over 10 minutes to be given a half filled hard tortilla that had ice cold eggs in it .... What the heck sonic.... Of course that was my last visit to your location we have learned our lesson. Don't spend money here.
