Don't think about walking in 10 minutes before closing, you won't get what you want. The blonde girl was so rude that I dared to come in just before closing that I won't return. I realize she isn't paid to care but she doesn't realize she isn't paid to be an entitled brat.

First time visiting this location inside Walmart, It was a fairly pleasant experience. I had a meatball sub which was decently made and the vegetables were really fresh and delicious. Some of the meatballs were kinda chewy and seemed like they had been around a while. But it's all good because overall the sandwich was pretty good and the lady at the counter was really friendly and helpful! I would come back again and try another sandwich if I was there and had time to spare!

They are out of everything at 2pm utterly ridiculous they were rude didn’t say hello when you walk in terrible customer service they didn’t make any effort to make a conversation. They were out of all the cookies which they weren’t even making any more and on top of all of that they burnt my sandwich ?

This subway inside walmart is absolutely horrible. Customer service was rude and didnt know how to even do the job. They did not want to fix their mistake and the sandwich was sloppy, was not made right, missing ingredients, and just nasty. Save yourself from a terrible experience and just go to the good one across the parking lot.

I went there at 6:30 in the evening. I wanted a veggie sandwich with guacamole. The young man told me that they did not want to put any more guacamole out. Since I was already there are I decided to get the sliders

It is rare that we would leave a post about a restaurant either positive or negative but the Arby's in Ozark, MO is pitiful. We visited on Sunday, Oct 7, 2018. The store was busy but certainly not over run with customers. We found that the staff, while courteous was also clueless. There was plenty of staff to handle the customer load but they all seemed to be aimless in their direction and didn't appear to be putting forth their best effort to take care of the customers. This became a frustration to us when we waited a full 19 minutes to receive our order after placing it at the counter. This wait is a challenge when trying to occupy 2 small children. There were several customers standing around waiting and we overheard several complaints. When the manager was asked for we were told she was in the back working the line. Wish I had checked the Yelp reviews before visiting as there are several other poor reviews. We won't be back.
Always stop when I'm done with my shopping and everyone is so nice.

I wouldn't recommend getting their eggs here- just had the worst food poisoning I've ever had. Never had an issue with Subway egg and cheese sandwiches until tonight.

Every time I go to the one in Wal-Mart the veggies are dull and they make a complete mess with your sub. Been a couple times and they are more focused on talking to their friends. Do yourself and go to the one across the parking lot! They are by far the best sub shop around!

They are really disconnected here. Lots of people waiting on orders. Appear to have plenty of help but people running around everywhere. Seems rather disorganized. Won't be stopping at this one again.

I wish this Arby's was more consistent. Sometimes the food and service are second to none, but other times it's borderline highway robbery. Sometimes the fries are fresh and awesome, but sometimes they taste like they were made yesterday. Sometimes the soft drinks are perfectly flavored. Too often they're high on carbonation and low on syrup. I love Arby's food, but this location is hit or miss. I hope they figure out what (or who) makes some days of the week better than others when it comes to quality at this store. My three stars would easily be five if the good quality times were all the time. When it's good it's good, but when it's not, it's pretty bad. At least the store is VERY clean inside and out and the staff are polite.
