I am typically quite hesitant to give bad reviews especially to companies I like, but the workers seemed super rushed for me being the only customer there and seemed to not really know their own menu. Even when I asked for the preselected menue subs they didn't follow what was on the menu. Two of my three subs were alright (but skimpy on the cheese compared to other Subway's), but the meatball marinara was about the saddest sub sandwich I have ever had and I LOVE Subway's meatball marinara.I did add some to the sandwich to help salvage it but they didn't even know the meatball marinara was a menu item. Very not happy. Love subway but not this one.

Food was fine but the workers need to learn some customer service. I stated what kind of sandwich I wanted, girl preceded to make a sandwich and when I repeated what kind of sandwich, she very rudely said that was not what I told her. When I checked out the other girl tossed my sack with food to me on the counter. Employers need to train their workers on customer service even if they are teenagers or young adults. Being respectful and courteous can go a long way when dealing with others.

Unfortunately, as much as I do not enjoy writing a negative review, it must be done. We normally order from this store primarily because of the location. However, I went to this location in Feb 2023 and there was a young man who needs better training. When I came into the store, instead of a welcoming experience, he started ranting on what I can and can't purchase with my coupons. I was just wanting to leave at that point, but was sent to purchase something specific, so I moved forward with the order. He did a nice job with the sandwich, but continuing to inform me that he will have to charge for this and that if I'm utilizing the coupon was completely unnecessary. In closing, the ladies who work the counter have always taken care of me and provided the experience that kept us coming back. Please provide this young man proper training. He isn't a relationship builder, that's for sure.

The ladies working the counter are extremely sweet. My roasted garlic aioli sandwich is delicious. I walked out with warm and tasty food. I'm sure I'll be back soon. :)

Don't go in there on New Years Eve. It's obvious the 2 young girls were pissed they had to work. Threw my food in the bowl and tossed it on the counter.

I went there for lunch today and it was so good I stopped on my way home from work to get another sandwich for supper, I got cold cut combos both times, what sets this store apart from all others in Springfield is first of all this store is clean and the employees are genuinely friendly and professional, at Springfield stores I have to tell them several times that I want more onions, tomatoes, mayonnaise, etc. they skimp on everything terribly and are rude , the Ozark store the employees seem to ‘know’ exactly what I like.. and that’s what I call taking excellent care of customers, I’ll never go anywhere else except the Ozark subway where my sandwiches are excellent and tasty, I appreciate you! Thank you sincerely you stand out amongst all the others!!!!

I went there for lunch today and it was so good I stopped on my way home from work to get another sandwich for supper, I got cold cut combos both times, what sets this store apart from all others in Springfield is first of all this store is clean and the employees are genuinely friendly and professional, at Springfield stores I have to tell them several times that I want more onions, tomatoes, mayonnaise, etc. they skimp on everything terribly and are rude , the Ozark store the employees seem to ‘know’ exactly what I like.. and that’s what I call taking excellent care of customers, I’ll never go anywhere else except the Ozark subway where my sandwiches are excellent and tasty, I appreciate you!
