What a charming place! I had the fried chicken and it was WONDERFUL! Love the fact that it is in an old church. The stained glass windows and wood floors definitely added to the ambiance. The staff was fantastic. Small town feel, and excellent service and food. My 86 year old mother loved every minute. We will be back. ?

Held my wife's 50th birthday party in their private Laura Room ... setup, food and service (young man named Drake) could not have been any greater! This is our "go to" for special occasions or simply when I am craving a great steak in a very neat atmosphere (and the best homemade steak sauce on the planet). The SpeakEasy downstairs is a cool and comfy place for a nightcap. Highly recommend!

Had reservation, and they put us at a hightop, for 8, with chairs too tall, so your knees were level with the table. The drink service was slow, so we moved upstairs. Very comfortable, good food, but our whole group had cold entrees. Cold fish is gross. They chose to split everyone's appetizer with their spouse. WHY? If my spouse wanted salad, they would've ordered it. The grilled salad was literally 4 bites. It seemed like a prank, but an expensive one.

We really wanted to like this place but the last 3 times we have been the bar manger Broc messes up our tickets. Most recent was Friday night and our ticket was supposed to be around $80, got our bill and it was $140 for 2 people. If we hadn't had this issue with him before I would have understood mistakes get made. It has happened 3 times in a row and our friends said the same thing happened to them 2 weeks ago. If you go to this restaurant please check you bill very carefully and definitely check it if you sit downstairs. Beautiful restaurant but we will no longer be going there because of Broc.

We went for our anniversary dinner. We are foodies and pretty picky with food. The food was excellent but needed a few tweakings that are easily attainable. The crab bisque was barely warm and same with the sweet potatoes. The au gratin potatoes were bland. We got the grilled salad, crab bisque, salmon and steak. The service was excellent but I can't remember her name. We also visited the speakeasy in the basement. That was a great atmosphere with lots of drink options. I highly recommend but please give me hot food.

Visited for the first time today for brunch. The building is beautiful! I had to message for a reservation and it was answered and situated quickly. They were very accommodating. Our waiter was nice and attentive. The issue was with the food itself and the long wait time. They weren't very busy and it took almost an hr for us to get our food and when it came, it was cold. The quality of the food was definitely not worth the price, nor the drive from Springfield. The drinks were good, tho. We will try again, maybe, for dinner or the Speakeasy, but we won't be back for the brunch.

Awesome atmosphere and the food was delicious! The fried chicken is amazing and so is the wild mushroom and steak linguini. We were visiting from NYC and everything we had was just as good as the food there! 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Highly overrated. Our waitress seemed stressed out and overworked. This seemed odd since the restaurant was only at about 40% capacity. We were disappointed they were out of our first choice for an entree. I ordered a bottle of wine. I was frustrated it arrived at our table already poured into a decanter. Seriously? What kinda of “fine dining” restaurant thinks it’s ok to uncork a bottle of wine someplace other than the table that ordered it?? We won’t be back.

Little more pricey but I would go again without a doubt. Food was really good. My husband and I went for a special night and we're not disappointed. Staff was one of the friendliest I have been around. The gentleman took us for a tour and gave us the history of the place. He didn't have to do that but he did because he seemed to really love working there and we were interested in the history. I felt like it was a romantic place to go for dinner.

Dining declined greatly since pre-covid opening. Went for friday night date with my spouse. The crab cake appetizer was tasty. My husband enjoyed his steak and lobster, even though the steak was over done. I was very disappointed with the salmon entree. Although I had asked for no extra seasoning, the dish was overpowered with onion. Onion garnish, onion salsa and minced onion in the rice. It totally overwhelmed the fish. The zucchini zoodles were lacking as was the unripe fruit in the salsa.

We love ❤️ The Finley! Love their steaks, shrimp & grits, fried green tomatoes! Everything we have tried has been delicious! We also love their speakeasy bar downstairs. Cozy, quiet and comfortable with a huge variety of drinks. And on the weekends we love brunch at The Finley! We take all our friends and family to The Finley when they are in town.

I ordered chicken salads from their new Lunch Menu. First they forgot our chicken and we had to go back and get it and then the salad that was represented as enough for lunch is what anyone else would call a side salad. It is very disappointing. I like to support local businesses but I will not be eating here again.

The service, the food, the atmosphere, and the whole experience was a 10 out 10. I got the summer panzanella salad and it was perfect. I then got the fried chicken entree. I've never had chicken so crispy and moist. To drink I had the peach mule. ? it was the perfect summer refresher. I cannot wait to go back.
