Incident date: February 15th. My boyfriend ordered a Chai banana boost for me and some chocolate smoothie for himself (I can’t remember the name). Both of ours were not blended enough and mine was especially bad. I had a whole date (the fruit) in my smoothie and often bit into I think Chai seeds? Which tasted bitter and spicy. We both had to fight with our straws to drink the smoothie. Often having to blow out the chunks caught in the straw to attempt to drink the smoothies. Bad experience. The two I saw working in there I think about around 8 or 9pm didn’t care at all about what they were doing. I was actually visiting Missouri at the time so luckily I don’t have to deal with this back home but I felt this had to be said.

Food is great. Service is terrible. Ordered my food, rude over the intercom. Walked by and ignored me multiple times as I needed to pay. Then attitude when I paid cash. I'll go somewhere else from now on.

Worst service ever!!! If you clean the various machines then it will take cards. I had to go to Springfield guess what my cars worked.. the blonde that is the manager there needs to do a better job.. her attitude sucks learn your job better.

I enjoy the trip, berry oat smoothie is my go-to. The chicken bacon ranch is delicious, and the Thai chicken wrap is my favorite. They have a great selection of smoothie and sandwiches to choose from.

Smoothie had so many ice chunks in it I couldn't even drink it, the sandwich I bought came cold and they forgot the side. Probably won't be going to this location again

Love coming here but lately the staff has been extremely rude and act like they hate their job. My grandma and I ordered from here today and the gal was very mono toned and rolled her eyes. The gal from the kitchen tossed our food on the table and when we thanked her she ignored us. We tipped 30% for a 2 star service. Won't eat at this branch again.

I wouldn’t post this review if this wasn’t the 2nd time I have had a bad experience in the last 2 weeks. This evening I stopped to get a smoothie and after ordering and the car that already left the pick up window, I waited 10 minutes for an employee to come to the window and take my money and hand me my smoothie. After I finally got my smoothie it was warmed down like it had been sitting there for 10 minutes. It was horrible! I waisted over $6 on a smoothie that I couldn’t drink.
