As a truck driver I travel and frequently stop at fast food establishments. 90% of the time the service is poor and food is mediocre at best. I was pleasantly surprised at this this Hardee’s. The two ladies I encountered were awesome. Great service. Sounded genuine. Smiles on their faces as they worked and engaged with me. Food came out promptly, fresh, hot, and accurate. Great fresh food, served hot, order was correct, and the employee at the window was very friendly, made sure we had everything we ordered and anything else we may need such as sauces, napkins, straws lol. We got through the small line in relatively quick time, considering we came right after the worst of the big dinner rush was starting to trickle to an end. My first visit to this location and it was 10/10!

The food was cooked fresh and was very good. The issue was when I went back up to get a shake. I waited for 10 minutes as employees passed by me at the counter, never taking my order. Finally, someone stopped and asked if I needed something, so I placed my order.
