Gayle, with excellent customer service took our order. She appeared to be new and I watched the manager teach her how to make a blizzard. I am a frequent customer of this place and I have not gotten anything messed up at all on my order. Awesome work DQ!

It’s was drive thru but very poor service, I had to say the order which was two orders three times. Was told that she couldn’t hear me. Get to the window and very rude and nasty person said is this on one order and I said for the fourth time this was two orders. She was very hateful said well you know if you spoke up maybe I would hear you and I said four times very loudly. She didn’t finish our order someone else did and one item was a medium white chocolate mocha shake and was given a small and my friend paid for a medium. I get better service at the st Joseph location on 169 hey better than this place.
