Horrible all the way around, go somewhere else

Burger had almost no sauce on it. Fries were hot fresh but were floppy not crispy like they were taken out of the friar early to save time. The front of house lady was very unorganized, complaining and running around like a chicken with its head cut off. The funny thing is they weren't even busy.

Tables were dirty, food on floors and paper on the floor. Fries were overcooked, Big Mac was floating in Mac sauce. Manager either got a text or phone call that higher up Boss were on their way from Lee's Summitt to Pleasant Hill to do a inspection. Manager was tell workers to make sure everything was snickered, that they needed to clean their work area. Everyone was scurrying around. They were not quite about the company that was headed that way. As a customer I put my 2 cents in. Told the manager about the food and that the lobby needed addressing also.Why should it take boss coming in to have good food and a clean lobby.

I usually go to this place pretty often, mostly come inside for it and they somehow manage to mess up my order almost every time. Most of the time theres just something missing and I will have to go up there and ask them. Today I had to do that for a shamrock McFlurry and they just pumped the syrup on the ice cream and handed me it without the spoon??

The food from this location is absolutely disgusting. The people who work here are usually friendly however it does not make up for the awful quality of the food. The last 3 sandwiches I have purchased went straight to the trash after the first bite--wouldn't even give this to my dog. I ordered a breakfast sandwich during the middle of breakfast time (not at the very end) and it tasted like it was pulled from the dumpster. We have few options here in Pleasant Hill -- for the love of God do something about the quality of food you are serving the community.

Service is the worst I've seen at any McDonald's - the staff is not people-friendly. Customer service well, let's put it like this - it's very frustrating when drive a round trip 13 miles only to get home and find part of your order missing, only to go back, another 13 miles, and all you get is your remaining order, no sincere apologies nor compensation. This Mickey Ds has the worst drive-thru customer service!!! Not polite and not friendly!!What's the old cliche - the company is only as good as the people who work there?

We live right down the road from this McDonald’s. I am not one to complain, but I’ve had multiple awful experiences at this place. For one, my boyfriend and pull up to the drive through to order we sat there for literally 15 minutes without getting told anything lights were on everything was on. We pull up to the window, see four workers in there standing there nobody comes to the window to tell us anything so what do we do? Pull back around to try to order again nobody over the intercom says anything so we go to the window see four worker standing there NOT acknowledging us so at this point, we probably have been there 25 minutes and I didn’t even want food at that point. I was just so frustrated with the lack of service that I wanted to talk to somebody FINALLY a young kid comes to the window and says oh sorry we’re out of food the truck doesn’t come till tomorrow.. ok fair enough. I told him he needs to close the place down so other people don’t have to sit there like we did waiting to order/ try to expect service. Pathetic.Example 2 my boyfriend goes to pick up lunch one day their hours on their website say 11 which I’ve worked in the food and industry totally get things happen BUT he sits at the drive-through again and gets told “We are not open yet It’ll be 45 minutes because we have to prep everything” In my opinion if your hours say you open at 11 you should be well prepped and have everything ready at opening hours. There was eight cars behind him waiting and he waited at the window for again 10 minutes before getting told they weren’t open. This is an awful McDonald’s that I will never give my business too AGAIN. Management or somebody NEEDS to address their awful service.

I can't eat anything from here anymore without my stomach getting upset. Breakfast is the only thing I can eat without feeling like I'll throw up, and McDonald's usually can not get our order correct. So you will end up spending $50 for a sack of food that will make you sick or has several items missing. I would suggest QuikTrip if you are getting breakfast, their new Kitchens make great breakfasts & you get your own food without relying on unreliable service. McDonald's is too busy, or they don't care about getting orders right. ??? McDonald's is too expensive and is usually disappointing.

I really don't understand if they changed how they make mccafe coffees since I worked there, but several times now my coffee has been wrong. I usually get a LG Ice Caramel Mocha. Many times, they tries to hand me an Ice Caramel Latte. No chocolate. This last time I went, I watched the lady make a Hot Mocha, stir it up and then pour it over Ice. When she handed it to me, the Ice was practically melted and the coffee tasted like coffee with a hint of Caramel, no chocolate. I really do believe that maybe employees need to be trained or retrained on how to make the McCafe coffees.I give this place chance after chance and everytime there is some sort of mess up. Missing cheeseburger, cold fries, wrong order, coffee made incorrectly, slow service, employees goofing around. It sucks that this is the only fast food restaurant in Pleasant Hill, as if there was another, I would gladly take my business elsewhere. CAN YOU PLEASE GET CORPORATE IN THERE FOR AN OVERHAUL!!

Can you do zero stars? I was in line for over 16 minutes isn't it supposed to be fast food? The food isn't even worth the wait... it's usually cold and missing stuff still even after waiting that long in line. Absolutely horrible anymore!!!
