This place has great service and great food! Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: I don't eat any meat & I LOVE going to Fazoli's!! I never have any issues with food choices ?Wheelchair accessibility: My entire family & I are disabled which includes my Mom being in a Wheelchair & my having a Certified Service Dog. They have 4 handicapped tables here. All 4 work for my Mom. Only 2 that set out in the middle floor work for my Service Dog & I. She's large & can't fit under the tables that have all those legs. It's a pet peeve of Service Dog Handlers... Once we came in & both handicapped tables were taken with groups of people that did NOT have any medical equipment of any kind to require any extra space. Other tables were available to them, but not to me. So I just left!! I don't hold Fazoli's responsible. I'd like to THANK FAZOLI'S for ALWAYS keeping there Floors Cleen!!! Many restaurants do not do this. When you have a Service Dog this is something you especially notice! PS. My Service Dog lies completely under the table & stays there just as she was professionally trained to do.

This Fazoli's is the best meal in Poplar Bluff. They have exceptional customer service. The staff are always so attentive and friendly. The food selection is great and tastes superb. Oh, and the breadsticks are hot and fresh. The prices are fair, especially considering the superior quality. The restaurant is always clean.
Too expensive for such simple pasta dishes already prepared, frozen, then heated. Pizza slices are nice add ons, and so are the bread sticks. Though it is a nice change of pace from your typical fast food , but only a few times through the year.

Chain food, it wasn't bad but definitely lacking. The chicken on my Alfredo tasted like it was pretty cooked, then frozen, then thawed out and heated then put on the watery Alfredo. Sauce was watery and chicken was dry.

I like this restaurant ?? but the food is a little bland but I am ok with that but I do know a lot of ppl who are not. So really just depends on your taste buds lolKid-friendliness: It's kid friendly n has good reasonable prices so u don't feel screwed for paying for no more then you children eat. U can get 5 dollars my meals which is ok in my eyes that's bout all my kid eats of his food is 5 dollars worth lol
The guy who was running the drive thru was very nice and patient with us while we took our time ordering through the drive thru. It was near closing so, I am hoping that is why my chicken was ice cold throughout. I ordered the bacon chicken ranch salad. I took a bite of the chicken by itself and the piece I took a bite of was ice cold almost as if it wasn't warmed up properly. There was hardly any bacon on it and barely any cheese.I made it a meal and got a piece of pepperoni pizza with it. It was pretty good though!After leaving this review and the owner reaching out to me, I spoke with Brittany, the manager. She is so nice and was very apologetic. She offered to make the salads right. I love the customer service y'all have and wish others would follow it, everywhere. ♥️

We were driving through town and snagged some Chicken Broccoli Penne and a salad. The food was fantastic. The broccoli was cooked to perfection. The drive thru window was pretty quick and the customer service was awesome. Don't hesitate to eat here!
