An absolute shame at the horrible experience here today. We waited over 40 minutes after my wife had her food brought and I never received mine. The management didn't even offer an apology let alone even offer to comp my drink for me sitting there the entire time when we finally left without my food. I ended up eating my wife's leftover rice and that's it. I've spent so much money here and for it to be ran like this now is deeply disappointing. The old manager would never allow anyone to sit without food and constantly checked on things. I definitely won't be back after this experience and I hate to say it since it has always been my favorite place to get sushi. It's pretty bad when the server has to call out the manager for not caring about the customer and how he even felt it was pretty sorry how management acted.

Service is a joke. Multiple open booths but they want to cram you into tables right next to other groups. Don't go here if you are expecting to have any ambiance or privacy.The teenage servers couldn't care less, and forget about the management. We've been coming here for years and there must have been a recent change in management. It's evident in the complete lack of customer service.They charge you like it's a premium experience while treating you like cattle. I can't wait for the new hibachi place to open in town.

Big fan of Fuji’s but the last few times I’ve been in I’ve not been impressed. This past time I went, my son got his food, ten minutes later my fiancé got her food then another ten minutes I got mine. Food was also cold. I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi and had very minimal steak.

The Sushi is good! But I have noticed that the rolls are getting smaller! Usually the service is really good but this time it was weak! I was by myself for dinner and the girl that was serving me that's why I wanted for drink. And I told her I would like some tea with lemon and she said okay. She helped everybody kept helping everybody. Probably the straw and everything but never bought my iced tea with lemon. I even waved the straw when she looked at me and she still didn't get the message and so about 15 minutes later she came close enough. Where I said hey can I get my ice tea!

Highly recommend the grill! You can be seated at a table in the dining room, however; it is the same menu and same price whether you choose the grill experience or dine at a table. You definitely get more food when you choose the grill! Chef Joe was amazing on the grill, and it was awesome to watch your food being cooked and served hot off the grill. Our server/waitress, Grace was excellent! Grace was very attentive and friendly. We loved her!

Food was ok. Did have something included on my plate that was odd and when I asked the easier what it was he could not tell me even after going to the kitchen to ask. Some kind of fish stick or chicken stick or something but pretty unsettling that they couldn't tell me what it was.

Ordered to go food. No condiments put in the order. Ordered Hibachi chicken and California roll, both went in the trash.total waste of money. Chicken was rock hard, tasted like bad chicken. I mean rock hard chicken. Nasty stuff. I ate two bites and tried to throw up because I didn't want to get sick. Threw all my food in the trash, I won't ever go to a Fuji again. I also didn't realize it was chain food. Too late to get food at another place, will be having a big breakfast I guess. Such a bummer. There is not freaking way this place is getting 4.4 stars out of 5, no way. You have been warned!

I came here yesterday for my birthday, and it was probably one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. Everyone was super attentive and very kind, I was wished Happy Birthday so much, and at the end of my meal they even came out and sang, which I was not expecting at all. I also had probably the best crab rangoon I've ever had, they were so good. So shout out to everyone that works there, especially my waitress Laney, you were absolutely wonderful.-Bee
