The pizza should have been cooked a little longer? The lady I placed a order with had a Terrible attitude! She put my debit card info in wrong and said it was declined and it was nothing she could do about it! I went online and payed Way more because I couldn't use the coupon online and my card went through just fine.. I told her she put the card # in wrong she said No I didn't it's decline!!! The pizza was nasty ,overpriced and the lady that took order over the phone had Terrible customer service!! I will Never Patronize this place again!!

They didn't keep the buffet stocked. They didn't keep the dishes stocked. And there was no variety it was like two of this pizza to this pizza two that pizza. It used to be really good to go to and you can sit down you could enjoy your Buffett and the salad bar but it felt like we were begging for everything we needed not sure if we'll go back or notVegetarian options: They're not going to put it on the buffet you have to ask for a vegetarian pizza if you want it the salad bar is good if they keep it stocked

TOO MANY OTHER CHOICES, GO ELSEWHERE!!! Lakeisha couldn't even take the order correctly. Thank gosh for the young man , with beard. at the counter, who was pleasant and remedied the order promptly, 3 stars ONLY BECAUSE OF THE CLEAN AND POLITE YOUNG MAN !People are sick and touching things in here. Mia , an employee. was coughing and looked very feverish.First time in and just the service leaves us with no desire to EVER return. Front doors were filthy, bathrooms disgusting-- and they hadn't been open an hour yet. Very unfriendly small town stuck attitude for girl with long brown hair working and standing around at counter.Placed order at 11:46 received food at 12:25, while my other 2 pizzas sat on counter.

The smell and Bon Jovi’s Living on Prayer took me back took me back to the 80s. The gal at the counter was super nice and even had the kitchen prepare 2 different requests for the buffet. Thanks for being awesome.

We haven’t been able to eat at the buffet in four months. Went on a Tuesday, October 24, 2023 around 5 PM. It was AWFUL! Poor selection, what was out was either cold or reheated. The crust wasn’t edible. They only brought out one fresh pizza while we were dining, however it had onion on it, which my friend won’t eat. I took a bite of pepperoni ? immediately spit it out, tasted like refrigerator! This is the problem with most buffets anywhere in Poplar Bluff, leaving food out or reheating previously served items! Very disappointing, especially when paying $27.00 and that’s with the discount! Won’t be back anytime soon!
