waited an hour for my sandwich to be delivered and it never showed up, went to the store and the irresponsible employee claimed my address wouldn't pull up on Google maps when I had proved it to her that my address does indeed pull up. I absolutely do not recommend this location they have crackheads and dumb ass employees, still never got my sandwich but they immediately posted my refund.

Super disappointed. This is an $8 sandwich. I was told it was "weighted" & they "couldn't do anything about it". It's not even a whole slice of turkey. Completely unacceptable. Spend your money elsewhere. I'm still floored this is a real sandwich at a sandwich shop.

Came to Jimmy Johns for the first time. They have a new employee named Chris who made the whole experience a great one. He is definitely a valuable asset to the company and a friendly face when you first come through the door. I can’t wait to come back and try other sandwiches. I got the Gargantuan which had so much meat. This is 1000 times better than S*bw*y or any other local sandwich places. Home made fresh bread and lots of meat.

Jimmy John's in poplar bluff missouri has excellent food and service. I've only went to a substandard Jimmy John and that was in New Mexico. My first Jimmy John was in Cape Girardeau, missouri. That places rocks too.

Went in and the dude that took our order was so high he could barely function, all I had was a large bill and the rude girl in the back shouted at me I should know because there is a sign. Won’t go back, that’s not how you treat customers. Get yourselves together, happy to take my money to elsewhere!
