Three young girls behind the counter laughing and playing on their phones, took forever to get my drink and then it was missing a pump of brown sugar, and my shaken espresso wasn't even stirred properly much less shaken and had unmixed powder stuck to the inside of the lid and the rest in the bottom of the cup. Not appreciated. 0/10

So with this place you either get a good drink or it's horrible. If you expect them to correct a mistake, well you might want to bring holy water with you. Probably the worst coffee shop experience I've encountered.

I waited in the drive thru for an insane amount of time for my mobile order. By the time I got my drink it had been sitting there melting the whole time. I nicely asked for a remake and was told that no they would not do that. After getting upset, I realized that this is a stupid thing to be upset about, so just not going to give them any more of my hard earned money. Seems like I’m not the only one dissatisfied with their service lately. Let’s shop local instead of buying Starbucks. Local businesses who actually care about customer service!
