The speed of getting our meals was extremely fast, and so far, it has always been really good, we've started eating here at least once a week for lunch. Matter of fact I'm ready to go back again soon!
upon entering the store some lady that I presume was a manager was counting a cash drawer but could not even say hello or welcome. then I find there is no menu board but only one copy sitting to the side for me to look at. after this I then have to place my own order at an automated kiosk. The food was mediocre but the shake was wonderful and the lady that made it was very polite and courteous. would I return... absolutely not. I don't pay this kind of money to not even be greeted when entering a store.

Typical Steak and Shake, but first one I've been in with Kiosk ordering only. Saw several mistakes on multiple orders... our included. Daughter found a pit or something in the cherry of her skake that almost cracked her tooth. Wife and daughter didn't think the shakes were up to their usual flavor. We had the worst service at the drive through today. I spoke slowly and clearly when asked for the order. I had to tell them twice what we wanted on the cheeseburger and twice the flavor of the milkshake. Got to the window and it was a small shake that had Reese’s pieces in it and we ordered a chocolate shake. They said I specifically said twice a small shake and I DID NOT. We come there every day and order the exact same thing. The manager or supervisor was not very cordial. They did not offer to make us a regular size. Bad experience all the way around. ??

Drive thru. Order taker attentive and very polite. Food was exactly as ordered (3 changes from regular) Enjoyed 1/2 price water for happy hour.
The food was very good. My only complaint was the amount of chili that we we received. We ordered a cup, and it wasn't even half full.

No clean tables. My burger was almost raw. Butter burger with unmelted butter.What ever happened to table service and wairesses to take your order?Used to be our favorite place. Such a shame.
The shake wasn't very flavorful and had a weird texture the other food was okay not great. I felt the experience was very distant there isn't really human interaction anymore.

Placed a phone order to speed my experience up. Went in, waited 10minutes. No one would even look at me. I asked 3 times for help. Finally big woman comes and doesn’t help but starts complaining about to a co worker instead of helping. I said can you please check me out and she said she was busy talking. I told her she needed to hire more employees and she asked me if I wanted an application instead of helping me. The cook said I was rude to the big lady. 20 minutes to get a called in order and the food was awful. Don’t go there
