I came in on 4/13/24, 30 minutes before closing and the guy who made my order was so pleasant that he turned my bad mood around. He definitely knows what customer service is.

They had the open sign on and we pulled up 30 minutes before they closed, when we try to open the door it was locked and the two men workers just looked at us and acted like we weren’t there, then proceeded to turn off open sign and act clueless. Classless act .

I was at the location on 2/09/2024. I walked in and THREE people were standing behind the counter. 2 females and a male. They were all talking among themselves. No acknowledgement, no eye contact, no nothing. One female was playing with her hair, one female was looking lost and the male was laughing that he was making sandwiches that only one sandwich was supposed to have steak on it but he made 3 sandwiches with steak. He said "oh well, I'll just scrape it off, they'll never know the difference". I thought to myself, they will if they are allergic to beef. I didn't say anything though. Still standing there. STILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGED. I get a phone call and take it because they don't seem to wait on me or anyone for that matter. My phone call was 8 seconds. Still I waited a total of 8 1/2 minutes waiting for SOMEONE to say "May I help you?" Or "We will be with you in a moment" or even yet "What can I get you?" BUT that didn't happen at all. I walked out because they didn't want my money anyway. They obviously expected people to just wait there but I had other things to do besides wait until THEY deemed it ok to acknowledge a customer and maybe wait on them. I walked out.This location obviously makes enough money to not need any customer relations training. I'd steer clear of this location

I stood waiting at the Express pickup for my online order probably 6 or 7 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. As they were checking someone out as I was still standing there I had to say I just need my online order. They grabbed it from the counter behind them gave it to me & I left. I was already not happy with my experience & then get home to find my sandwich which I requested extra mayo had none. Subway in general seems to being putting less & less of meat, veggies etc. where you end up with more bread than sandwich. I wasn't happy with the experience at all.

You can have 5 stars for being a nice friendly clean delicious subway. But 13-14 dollar sandwiches is absolutely out of control. Bring back the 5 dollar foot long!!

Sandwiches are good but Subway as a company could loosen up on the meager portions. You'd have to pay for triple meats to even begin to come close to the advertisements.

Overall their sandwiches are almost always good but with most Subway's these days the seasoning bread or the basic white bread loaf is all you can get and the favorite which is the one with asiago cheese on it is hard to find anywhere these days which is very sad because that was their best bread which is still listed on their picture of all the different breads but they're very limited on your choice of I've read these days which really cuts down on your choices and since it is a Subway sandwich place availability of a variety breads is very important but the last couple of sandwiches I got there we're really good given the limited amount of bread choices and the lessened amount of topping choices of previous years and the price for a footlong sandwich is somewhat reasonable even though there are not as many of the Great combo de options that they used to have in the past I guess due to covid this can be expected just about everywhere so this is why my rating is what it is enjoy and happy eatingVegetarian options: They do have vegetarian sandwiches available although they would be in close proximity two meat and dairy products if it is an issue about being allergic to then possibly that needs to be taken into considerationKid-friendliness: The seating is open and very sturdy and they do have very good cookies that you can add on to your order or get by themselves and I think they still have a kids menu but I'm not sureParking: Just like most Subway's there are a limited number of parking spaces but generally they are not all taken unless you're there at the height of lunch traffic hour sWheelchair accessibility: Fairly easy to access with wheelchairs

Greedy management. When the app offers BOGO Free deals, both stores block it so you can't get the offer. Boycott both locations. They want all your money and don't care about the customers.
