The food is decent but the customer service is something to be desired. They are often out of tea in the lobby and if you ask for tea at the counter they say you HAVE to get it from the lobby if you aren't in the drive through. I don't like to stick around after I get my food because the employees working in the back are usually spending their time loudly playing around and flirting with each other. The lack of professionalism at the establishment is astonishing.

Cashier was very rude. She stated in front of many customers that she was going to quit taking orders inside and just do doordash. I waited several minutes before my order, then it took her at least 10 minutes to take my order and did not take it correctly and when she gave me my food she slammed the bag on the counter and said there you go anything else. Not going to lie, I am not buying food from the Wendy's in Poplar Bluff Missouri again! Service was an absolute disgrace. Customers that come back are the ones that are treated with respect.

Poor service, friendly but clueless counter cashier.Eventually, successfully ordered two, to go, apple pecan salads. After getting back on the road, I discovered neither came w dressing or pecans. Both essentially had no apple slices and were made with only Romaine lettuce.The salads weren't even close to being worth $8.69 each, but the chili was good.The same Wendy's salads earlier in the week (Madison WI) were cheaper, made with mixed spring greens, adequate apples, and included both pecans and dressing!The customer ahead of me had issues also.Go elsewhere, save time and $$.

This has got to be the worst Wendy’s ever. I loved Wendy’s for years but I have watched them decline for years. Who can ruin a Frosty? They have are cutting back due to inflation I think so! But the prices are ridiculously high and really small amounts, for instance a small leaf of lettuce and a small sliced tomato and the chicken was a flat slice ( like lunch meat thin) I would steer clear of it if you want your moneys worth because you will lose all around if you eat there.Donna Smith

I stood at the counter for just over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. There was someone cleaning who kept looking at everyone waiting for their order to be taken, but didn't come help or ask another employee for help. While waiting, I witnessed an employee tell a doordasher that they are unable to make fries without salt, which is what the customer of doordash ordered. When the dasher asked why and what if the customer can not have salt or something happens, the employee of Wendy's said that that's not their problem. I ended up leaving without ordering.
