Johnny is absolutely the best! He’s so helpful and always makes sure my food is fresh! Best churches chicken in the state.
We live within 3 minutes of another location (40 highway) but drive nearly 20 min to this one due to their service and all around better experience. They always have what we want and are friendly and quick with their service.
Raytown Churches Chicken is actually quite good. The drive thru employees have been exceptional. I eat both popeyes and churches here in raytown and have had zero issues.

It's Churches Chicken. What else is there to say?? Everything has already been said with the name... What's understood need not be spoken upon. Right?? Well, that is not the case pertaining to this Churches.I couldn't help but give it a 4-star JUST because they had the jalapeño poppers, chicken tenders, and honey biscuits. If they didn't have those, I would have rated the food with a sad but true 2-star (better cash out for a car because you're not going to make it far) rating. I do wish they had a spot on here for me to rate the French fries. For they take first place on preparing and serving the worst fries I have ever had.Their service was ehhhh. Whoever they have working there, well, anyways.... I won't go there. ..... GO BACK TO HIGH SCHOOL, GET YOUR EDUCATION! YOU'RE KILLING ME WITH THE LACK OF COMMON SENSE. At least get some bool smarts so you can have something for the ladies.*smh* *slaps head* *sigh*When I walk in that building, I personally get uncomfortable. I feel nasty, anxious and nervous, and dirty like I need a shower.

I love the food. but the experience sucked. I ordered online at 5:20, was told to pick up in 8 minutes. I waited until 5:50, went to pick up and was yelled at because the store was understaffed and my order wasn't ready. I didn't cause a stink or complain, just said I had an online order and the employee was quite angry towards me. I won't be going back to this location and I will be contacting management. The employees shouldn't be so overworked that they are getting angry at customers ordering food at their restaurant. I'd advise everyone to use KFC in the area instead. They always work quickly and have friendly employees.
