went in the drive thru to order 2 things, after i said my first one i was rushed and told my total and to pull forward and i had to keep saying i’m not finished which took like a minute. the person on the headset sounded rushed and was kind of rude, there were 3 cars infront of me, no one behind me, and maybe 2 small groups of people sitting inside so not busy. after waiting in the line for a fat min i finally get up to pay and after i do and she hands me my chicken basket, she hands me my blizzard that was pooling over the sides and getting everywhere with no lid on i couldn’t even ask for a lid cause she shut the window and walked away. the blizzards aren’t even blizzards atp it’s a light drizzle cause there’s barely any mix in things and the ones that are in there are only on the top and the rest is just regular vanilla icecream.

I went through drive thru ordered a large chocolate shake. Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes when I decided to just leave. The service at this location is so bad and this is not the first time I've experienced this. I live in raytown and will not go back to this dairy Queen again. They should close this location or train and hire a staff that can do the job. Taking my business elsewhere.

RUDE and DISGUSTING customer service /atmosphere. Foods always cold/old or your ice cream is watery with barely any toppings or good portions of any other mix ins. If you want to waste your money on terrible food and be MOCKED straight up disrespected at the drive thru order menu let alone in person at the window by all means this is the place to go. Save your time and money just go somewhere else.

They'd had customers who had spilt and entire drink on 2 of the tables and all over the floor and it was drying, there were no clean tables, and the bottled water was hot bc they just left it on a tray with our order under the heat lights- how did they not notice it being Very Warm when handing it to my husband? Food was O-K, definitely not too accommodating or friendly. Will not be returning, which is too bad since they are near our home.
