Store seemed pretty clean. The fruit looked pretty old and somewhat untidy. The service was poor due to the teenagers behind the counter laughing and holding side conversations. The young lady taking my order had no idea what the smoothies contained and wasn’t helpful at all while her coworkers were just standing around and distracting her. Won’t be back.

It's refreshing to see young people that actually work. Sunday afternoon, Milan and her team mate were on it. Making bowls, smoothies and online orders quickly. As my daughter and I were enjoying our smoothies we sat watching those two diligently and professionally handle business. Awesome, job ladies.

I went in to pick up my order everything was fine until I turned around from counter and there was a lady sitting at a table with stuff of books and ect,,scattered out and looking at me real hard and making it known she was doing that made me uncomfortable I will not be going back..

Over 20 minutes for me to get my drink. The person who took my order was talking about me with her coworkers while I was waiting. The coworker came and tried to act all bubbly and carefree when clearly my friend and I were upset.

Manager has no idea what she’s doing, her boss doesn’t have a clue (like about anything he’s just sunk his retirement into this business and doesn’t know how to run it). Which is obvious by the fifth in the store as well as the 90% TURN OVER RATE for employees (which explains the filth). Capitalism is simple: you receive customer money for a product, well the customer wants the product to be sanitary. You will not find that here, it has come to submitting a health department report. I’d advise going to any other smoothie place. Smoothie place, not a different smoothie king, don’t give them your money to prop up other failing stores.

I wish I did not even gave to give this location one star. I'm a Spark Delivery Driver and I had originally went to the location on S Bolger Rd in Independence. Omg soon as I walked in...It smelled so fresh and ?..Swear...But I had forgot I had to be @ Walmart @ certain time so I had to leave. Fast forward I stopped at this location....Horrible and nasty and filthy. Soon as I walked in ...It smelled horrible so I proceeded to Begin Here and as I walking down I was observing the fruit..Bananas were brown..It was dirty and very organization behind the glass. I couldn't believe people were ordering and I feel for those that were in drive thru line. You should go inside and see for yourself if you think I'm lying..Gross...I'll never go there again...Back to S. BOLGER I go...

It's a little pricey, but they offer discounts on Fridays. I work from home so I like to get out of the house and grab a smoothie for lunch. Not many healthy options around, but Smoothie King is healthy and delicious! Glad to have one nearby. ** you can enter from QT parking lot.
