I had ordered a cookie dough blast and asked for brownie pieces to be added and there were 0 brownie pieces and they only filled the cup up a quarter of the way with ice cream and they didn't even blend the cookie dough in with the ice cream. They just threw it all on top. Im never coming back.. and your employees are rude.

I've been here several times and decided to wait to pass judgment LOL the food a subpar cold and similar to cardboard. The drinks are nothing like they're supposed to be. My strawberry shake was barely pink and tasted like water. Will not go here again do not recommend.

Got my food in a decent time. However they chose to use a stale bun for a burger combo that cost me $10... Sad that my expensive burger tasted worse than the $2 double quarter pounder cost me. I'm just glad this isn't the sonic closest to me so that I don't have to worry about coming back often.

It took 30 minutes for them to get out my order then I received my order wrong size drinks. My mozzarella sticks did not have cheese in them. Didn’t receive any of my sauce until I asked a second time took them 12 minutes for them to even ask for what my order was tried to place my order. Then I got asked if that was all after saying one thing

By the time we ordered it was 8:30 pm. We order 2 plain burger patties, 3 large shakes, 1 mini shake by the time we got our food it was 8:54 pm. A very nice lady came out and asked us what are order was 10 minutes after waiting, and it wasnt the time that upset me it was the fact that they where standing around not doing anything there were only three cars in the carhop area. Than 2 in drive through we where the only one's there for about 10 minutes before we got our food.
We bought three double quarter pounders, and two tots. There was only two other cars that came after us. We paid $20 and waited 20 minutes for our food. The burgers only had one patty each. They skimped out on the double patty for each burger. Not worth $20 and 20 minutes.

Raytown store was quick and friendly. Nice atmosphere for a change.
Ordered through the app and went to pick up they came right out with the food. Fastest food in town and yummy!The car hop attendant that brought me out 2 bags of ice because they have the perfect ice there I always pick up a couple of them she failed a minor thing and that was that she didn't tie the bags closed until she came out of the building and just a few pieces of my ice came out of the bag but then after she put them in the vehicle while driving back to my destination they both tipped over and then a lot more ice was lost, very sad just please keep in mind that those bags need to be tied up before leaving the store building and restaurant and then when I get back here I checked the bags only while dispersing out everyone's food and it turned out that I was missing my sandwich and because of my time restraints I was not able to return to get a replacement Sonic you owe me a sandwich
I ordered 3 shakes online 5 minutes before I arrived and I get there and wait another 20 minutes before I finally call again and say hey Ive been here for a little while. Then they finally come out and sayed sorry it didn't pop up on the screen and I try to talk to him and he walks off and treats me like I don't know what I'm talking about and then walks back in like I wasn't talking to him. I have been a loyal customer using this app and I've never had any problems except for in Raytown, and I am very disappointed.
