Was here at 730 and they where out of there basic donuts and I'm the middle of ordering two drinks she walked away and said someone else will be with you in a bit. I'm not sure why everytime we come here we get the wrong thing, bad service, and cold food. It's sad.

The inside has cool furniture, so you can sit and relax while you eat. The girls working are helpful. The ice-cream is okay. (BlueBell is still king) B-R shares a building with Dunkin Doughnuts. The combination actually works out fine.

Ordered an ice cream cake a week in advance. Went to go pick it up when scheduled and the girl who took the order never turned it for the cake to get done. So we had to wait on it.

Everything was fabulous! Employees are great! But when you tip the employees for great service they do not receive those tips!!!!!!! It goes to the company!!!WTF????? I will not tip there ever again!!! They are stealing from the employees that it is intended for! THIS IS NOT OK DUNKIN DONUTS! OR BASKIN ROBINS!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. 02/24/23 @7:45pm we walking in and got in line. We had been sitting at the front of the line for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there and they kept saying “have you been helped yet?” And walking away. Another 7 minutes goes by and they skip over us completely and go to someone else who had just shown up to take their order. We had never been to BR and we will not be back because clearly, we aren’t missing much.

yesterday I went to the republic location (2/25/23)I waited 25 minutes to order. I figured they were busy and short staffed. I order the same coffee every time, a L iced latte and extra shot of expresso. when I get to the window she hands me my "coffee" literally just looked like milk and maybe a little bit of coffee. it was almost white. I had said something to the girls and they were kind of rude and started to walk away. I continued to look at them and she came back and said uh do you want me to remake It and I said yes please. she took another 5 minutes and came back and said "does this look good" snarky. and I said sure and drove off. when I finally tried my coffee already left and down the road, to me it tasted like chemicals literally nasty and bad after taste. NOT LIKE COFFEE. I had my boyfriend try it, and he said it tasted like old coffee and agreed that it was VERY nasty. worst experience I've had for coffee.
