I got a double cheese burger, which was constructed normally, but the quality of the ingredients tasted like they had been forgotten in the fridge and had to “ be used before they went bad”.I ORDERED and Oreo/Mint Blizzard. I RECEIVED a Brownie/Mint blizzard. Which, for most people, isn’t a big deal. But since I’m deathly allergic to eggs, a bad DQ experience could have been my last meal.Which, this is obviously an extreme take on what happened, but it just speaks to how important it is to pay attention to what is ordered.

Took my grandaughter. She had to have chicken and ice cream. I got chicken with gravy but she wouldn't have it. At least she liked the chicken, fries and ice creamKid-friendliness: My granddaughter liked most of her lunch but didn't get a toy.
We stop in for a soft serve on the way home from work once a week. It’s always sweet and silky. Just wanted to leave a good review for a good product!

Giving them 3 stars. However, I would normally give 4 or 5. My wife and I bought two vanilla ice cream cones on 10/20. They were both oddly heavy for the size. Almost twice the weight of a normal cone from them. That is what I first noticed. We then ate some of the cone and it was extremely dense. It was icy, but didn't taste much like ice cream. They usually have silky and very good ice cream, so I have no idea what happened. Did DQ start using a new recipe or was this just a random error with how the staff made the ice cream on 10/20?
To me kindness goes along way. Sure this isn't the cleanest location nor is it the newest but the employees are efficient and kind and treated everyone that I saw with a lot of respect. We came in do use a very kind coupon that was provided to us for the first day of school. How lovely that the franchise owner gives free coupons to school children. The kiddos really enjoyed their ice cream and I bought one as well and had a great time.

Brooke always takes care of us. We routinely order a banana split. She is always nice and knows exactly what we want when Sonny and I come in. Big shout out to Brooke for her hospitality.
