I absolutely love Dunkin and love taking my kids there for breakfast as a treat on my days off, being a single full time working mom it’s hard to find non expensive things to do with your kids however all of the women staff absolutely act and look like they hate their jobs and lives there is absolutely no smile, no greeting at all and then me and my sister were trying to gather up all of our kids stuff and clean up after our kids and the staff had absolutely no one in the store but us one of our kids tossed their stuffed animal to the other kid and a red headed lady who works there yelled with an attitude very forcefully at our kids saying this and I quote “we have customers coming in don’t throw things.” For one we are parenting our kids and trying to teach them how to act and for 2 not one staff member said anything to us moms prior to this, very disrespectful it’s clear you don’t have children or you would have understood. I should not be made to feel like my children are not welcome in any establishment. I have spent a lot of money at Dunkin on me and my kids coming frequently but after this we will not be returning. Get better staff absolutely disgusting how I have been treated here. Springfield is out of my way and farther but I will make that drive for a place that has better customer service and also a place my kids will feel like they are welcome! Also the only worker that goes above and beyond is the guy who makes the snackin bacon he is so kind hearted and always smiles and is very friendly I hope he finds better and doesn’t let the negative energy there get to him!

Customer service has gotten worse again. They treat people terribly. It’s unfortunate bc we like Dunkin’ but the way they treated my husband was unnecessary. I hope upper management notices the complaints and does something about it. We will not be returning. Tired of being treated like trash when we

The Republic Dunkin has friendly, quick service and always make your order correctly, or politely correct it if it's wrong. The coffee is delicious and the donuts are fresh. The staff is so friendly, even when they're understaffed.
I've tried this place a couple times and I'm not impressed... or happy. The coffee is SO weak. And it tastes like what I would imagine taking a drink of bath water would taste like. And it was handed to me at slightly above room temperature. I'm pretty sure instead of putting the cream and sugar in the coffee they just sat them on the counter real close to each other in hopes that it would transfer through asmossis. You could get a better cup of coffee at an AA meeting.

One day it's a breakfast fairytale, the next a cold, sad reality. It's like playing Russian roulette with donuts--will it be fluffy or flat today? And that bacon thinning out? That's the real tragedy here! Dunkin', please, bring back the the thicker bacon and the poofy donuts! Micro bacon is not good.

5 stars goes to Summer. That girl is going places! Responsible, helpful, customer oriented, and professional. I came in early Wednesday morning to pick up an order made abt 20 minutes earlier. I could see the order ready, but I absolutely could not get help from the other 2 young young girls working....at all. Both avoided eye contact, but when either happened to look up in my general direction, it was to give me a look of apathy, irritation, and disgust all rolled into one. They are teenagers after all so I just asked for my order. Both girls walked past my order and went to Summer and said they didn't know what I was talking about and TOLD her to go help me. Summer did. Although roughly the same age, she was professional, sweet natured, prompt and excellent at her job. Go Summer! You are way ahead of the curve, and worth way more than what you are probably getting paid. I was so uplifted when I left.

Yesterday 9.20.23 unable to buy anything as per the 1 staff member manager had not shown up. Today, 9.21.23 front doors locked only drive thru available.Very unreliable service to the public. Wonder if onwer aware of the lack of service and staff.

We went in to the restaurant 2.5 hours before closing and waited a really long time before someone stopped working on making other orders and acknowledged us to take ours. I told them that I have a caffeine allergy and would like to order a decaf coffee, but they told me that they didn't have any decaf coffee brewed and said they wouldn't do it since it was so late at night (7:30pm). I ended up not being able to get my coffee. My husband wanted a jelly glazed donut and they told us they couldn't make one for him and what they had out is the only thing we could order. One bite into them and we threw them away--super stale and dry.

Was here at 730 and they where out of there basic donuts and I'm the middle of ordering two drinks she walked away and said someone else will be with you in a bit. I'm not sure why everytime we come here we get the wrong thing, bad service, and cold food. It's sad.
