Your app took my order at 8:05 pm. Was set for pickup at 8:30 pm. Went to location at 8:19pm and worker had door locked and walked away from door and would not answer my knocking. He proceeded to turn off the lights and walk to the back and hide in office never answering my calls or knocking on the door. Sign clearly says open until 9. Take my money and not even answer me after he sees me at door and continues to walk off and turn off lights.

Just wanted to start by saying I'm a laid back understanding person, and this is the first review I've ever thought about doing. I went to this location tonight 10/27 and asked for a hot n ready pepperoni and an order of crazy bread. Was told 5-10 minutes no big deal. Went outside came back in 15 minutes later and the young fella that took my order asked if I had an order, confused I said yeah. He said is there a name on the order? I said no, you didn't ask for one. My pizza came out 15 minutes after that and when the gal handed me my order I asked for marinara and she said they didn't have any and that was it.I've had several experiences here just like this and after reading reviews on here I won't be back. There was another customer before me and everyone was getting their order before him. The math doesn't add up when literally everyone is told 5-10 minutes on wait time but they have a 30 minute wait.Also there was a young guy with shaggy hair that walked behind the counter in street clothes just to talk with his buddy working.This place needs a training and management overhaul.

The place was not clean and none of the employees were wearing gloves and all of them were using cellphone and preparing pizzas. One employee scratched his head and proceeded to prepare the dough. No one was wearing hairnets or caps. There is always a long wait time. About 17 to 20 minute wait time for one pizza. I work in food services I seen a lot of health code rules and procedures not being followed I haven't been back since.

Their sign says they close at 9 p.m. drove there last night a little after 8:30 p.m. and they were closed...there was some workers just standing inside talking. What was the reason for the closing early? There was no sign stating they were closing early!

They are called Hot N Readys because they are supposed to keep them stocked. Even when we put our order in 45 minutes beforehand, we still have to wait up to 30 minutes. The quality of food is oftentimes lacking as well. Definitely wish they would change something.
It's basically fast-food pizza that is inexpensive. Good bit not great. It's do in a pinch but will not satisfy those deeper pizza cravings.

6/22 about 1pm. The most amazing service and food. The pizza was phenomenal, best pizza from lc in 20years.So I figured I would try it again6/24 7ish pm. The worst I had ever had. I asked to have pizzas done fresh. Was told they just came out. BSI know better.But dang...Girl from 6/22 had that pizza down. I will only return when she's working. Just my opinion.

The service was great!The food, not so much!I have never had deep dish so dry?... for some reason they squished the crust up the sides of the pan.? made it dry & hard! There was next to no sauce on either pizza at all! Both were overcooked.To top off this bad experience, they over cooked the crazy bread! Soft , puffy & delicious is what i expected( They are"NORMALLY" my favorite thing)☹️You can see in the photo's, tye crust is burnt looking & the bread is flat.... so for fresh ordered & $50. I really expected more?

Horrible service. Ordered my pizza and some bread sticks, they told me it would be 5-10 minutes so I just figured I would stay. Whilst I stayed I heard them both trash talking me and a customer that they had talked to on a phone. In addition they also were running around the store making weird noises. If you are going to trash talk at least do it while people can't hear. Pizza was subpar at best. I would not recommend this little Caesars location.
