Waited way to long to get cold food... Told me 5 minutes for fresh food. Nearly 20 minutes go by before get my food And go home. I had to microwave my meal when i got home not even 5 minutes away... Stuck my finger to the bottom of the container to see if it was just the food on top. But no, the food i waited on to be made fresh is cold? Is there any way I can get a refund for this? Or am i just out of the money for the poor food quality? People there are courteous. So they rate higher there.

Showed up pretty close to closing time, and asked for a family meal. I know, I know, shame on me. However, let me also tell you that I am 5 months pregnant and got a severe craving about 45 minutes before they closed.They were SO nice. They had to fresh make a ton of items and did it without complaining. Or at least did it with a smile to me LOL. I'm not usually that person but I was this time and I'm gonna blame it on being pregnant. And they were so good to me.

After ordering my meal and waiting in drive through line for 20 minutes they came out to tell me they didn’t have the right ingredients for the entree I ordered and that I could only pick from the ones they had available. I was refused a refund unless I went to corporate and applied for one. Worthless
