Papi’s is my family’s favorite place for Mexican! We love the staff and being greeted with smiles each time we walk through the doors. Their food is authentic and absolutely delicious!
A unique take on "Mexican" in Republic. All the entrees we have had so far have been excellent and they have been very good to work with my wife's alpha-gal allergy.The salsa is great, the burritos are delicious, and the street tacos are excellent. They may have the best torta in the area and my wife loves the ceviche.We almost always bring leftovers home for lunch the next day. We love eating here, it's so good and the staff is very friendly! One of the times I was there I told the waitress I couldn't have diary/butter (due to breastfeeding baby) on my fajitas and she went and had the chef notified to not use butter on my order. The lady that communicated with the chef brought the food out separately and it gave me confidence I could eat my food without any issues! So impressed!Dietary restrictions: I was able to communicate dietary restrictions.
