Unfortunately, I was served raw chicken, after going back in and asking the manager if I could exchange it for another order I was waiting for over 20 mins for a chicken sandwich which I never received and was told I should ask for well done chicken next time. I was not aware I had to ask that for chicken that was cooked correctly or cooked at all ?♂️ Do not recommend and as the looks of it I’m definitely not alone. Will not be in business long with inexperienced managers.

Twice now have had absolute terrible service, today I was over charged for food I didn’t order the price seemed too high I asked the manager to see my order she told me she couldn’t tell me because she was busy making a refunded order, I pay I get my recipt I point out the items I was over charged for the manager Brittany tells the kid at the window she can’t refund my money there would be extra food(witch we didn’t get) was that ok, wouldn’t even talk to us NO YOU WRONGLY CHARGED ME MONEY AND I WANT IT BACK I hate this location I will never come back they’re absolutely absurd it’s a 30 min wait and nothing but issues everytime

Let me start with the young man running the window tonight was fantastic, he was very friendly and accommodating, that being said it was absolutely the worst food ever. I ordered an 8 piece of classic chicken which had VERY little meat and No I mean NO SEASONING it was bland, then I ordered an extra side of gravy and received a 2 OUNCE cup of gravy very disappointing

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had a fast food restaurant. I sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order but nobody ever asked to take my order even know they were open for 30 minutes when I first got there. I pulled around to the window after 15 minutes and proceeded to knock on window as I could see people walking around inside. When I knocked the wonder opened automatically so I said “excuse me, are y’all open?”A crackhead with 3 teeth tan to the window and started yelling at me about how out of place I was for locking on their window. Then he told me he was the “manager there” when I asked his name. He yelled at me and shut the window and never offered to serve me even though they were open for 20 minutes still. Horrible behavior from the crackhead and terrible experience all together. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I’ve eaten here before and the food and service was abysmal but I came back recently because I’d heard that they have new management. When I came back the food was fantastic the service was great, it was so good I wanted to see if the person who managed the whole store was their and thank him, he was lucky their and was really polite and thanked me for my kind words, I recommend everyone give this lil Popeyes atleast one more try and it won’t disappoint
