This has to be the worst fast food establishment in Republic, MO. I have now had my food messed up or missed on three visits. I understand mistakes and things happen. I am completely ok with that. However at this point, I am done going here. I work in Republic and visit here a lot. On three separate visits, February 28th, I had items missing. I called and spoke to Melissa. She could not do anything about it other than tell me, on your next visit tell us we messed up your last order and we will take care of it for you. Well Melissa, I order on the app and get rewards and discounts, I am not going to show up and remind you all of your mistake and beg for a free meal, not how I work. On March 20th, they again forgot an item I paid for, did not realize until I got back to work. I did not look in my bag because the lady who brought it out said my order, mentioned everything I ordered, so I assumed it was correct. Once again today, March 27th, I gave them another shot. I guess the joke is on me, they messed up the order a third time. Order four separate items and of course the Chicken Wrap I got was wrong. I get it, your Sonic and you will always have business. It will not be from me anymore. I will use my time and money to go to places that take pride in their work and when they do mess something up, they make it right. I will not be returning.

I really like sonic, But the last 3 times I have gone there the food is so. SALTY, YOU CAN HARDLEY EAT ITactually you can't with out getting salt sick and this has just happened within the last. Few months ordered last night couldn't eat mine and the tutor tots just felt like they were rolled in salt and felt like it to, my sausage toaster was unbeatableMy Huband ordered the wraps he said his was the same so Salty But he tried to eat as much as he could before throwing his away today he is sick to his stomach and looks terrible I new something was wrong when I looked at him this morning. I just hope he is going to be OK please lay off on your saltI am concerned for all others too. This is very dangerous.

I am going to be honest be honest I am 65 and love to go with my grandson to this location. One of the managers seams real mean her name tag said her name was Elisabeth. Anyway this a large guy in the kitchen stared at me through the drive through window he had a Grey hat and has kind of a cute dad bod and looked to be like 6 foot or something. He just starred at me with a blank expression. He did not say a word and just stared unblinking for like 30 seconds. just got a bad vibe off of him. I think I heard one of the cooks call his name I think it was. Cademen or Kaymen or something along those lines Anyways. I think he made my food because he handed the burger off to the manager and she put it into the bag and she handed it directly to the window. Anyways. The burger was amazing nice, juicy and had a good mouth feel. That kid can make a good burger. Honestly one of the best Sonic’s in this area.

I ordered through the app, my usual cranberry slush. The drink came out in a few minutes by a positive young man named Vincent. As Vincent was leaving our vehicle, the car next to us waved him over - the conversation was that the people in the car were having trouble with ordering through the app to get a special price. Vincent was quick to help and told the people that he would go in and make sure their order got the app discount. Way to go - customer service! Something you do not see as much as you should.Parking: Plenty of stall parking and other parking for the playground

We go to Sonic in Republic daily for sodas that we order on the App. Today, Oct.10. was extremely busy for the carhops. Tiffany one of the carhops for us today, has become one of our favorite. She is always smiling and no matter how busy she is she asks how we are doing. Cannot speak high enough of Tiffany. She is part of the reason we keep returning. ?

Normally i wouldnt post a review like this but sonic doesnt have to sit here with a disappointed hungry pregnant woman. Went tonight with my pregnant, very hungry wife. We ordered a #7 #2 and #4. Our burgers were Luke warm and dry. No sauce. The coney was basically a hot dog in a soggy sloppy bun with a splash of chili in the middle. The fries were cold and rubbery. We asked for sauce for all the food we ate, the lady who I assume was the manager insisted she placed it all in the bag that was over stuffed, so we couldn't check. There was a peppermint, nothing else. We didn't even get straws. If I didn't have to feed my pregnant wife I'd go demand my money back, or all my food to be re-made. Completely unfair for us to pay almost 40 dollars for what felt like day old food. I wrote this review while spending MORE money at wendys so my wife can hot at a minimum a hot meal.
