The food quality seems to have gone down every time I visit in comparison to other local Taco Bell locations. Items regularly forgotten, these poor workers look stressed and short staffed so I can't blame them (the staff was super nice and polite), but the food just isn't worth the prices it at this location - cold and messy in construction (as in proportions seem off, thrown together in haste, etc.)
I had the most wonderful experience at this taco bell. The manager Shana replaced a couple of taco supremes I ordered the day before that weren't quite up to par. Not only did she replace my tacos but comped my entire lunch and gave me coupons for my next visit. The quality of my food was wonderful so fresh and delicious. I am very impressed with tavo bell I will gladly go 10 mi out of my way to make this my new Taco Bell.
