Ugh. Just one time! One time! I’d like to get the food I ordered and paid for! I ordered two classic chicken sandwiches without any special requests, and it didn’t come with tomatoes or pickles as stated in the their menu description. I don’t understand how the sandwiches were made incorrectly when it was ordered as is. Literally the only thing I ordered! And I had to fight for those because I ordered and paid on their app, but when we got there to pick it up, they couldn’t find our order despite me being able to show them the completed transaction on their app. Overly annoyed and disappointed.

This restaurant is usually on the ball. Friendly staff not afraid to smile and happy to take care of my smaller requests (like cheese and onions on the side) for my family sized chili. Did I mention, it's chili time!♡
